Mission Mercantile has not only provided me with wonderful products (a backpack, overnight bag, a leather padfolio, Passport Wallet, and a leather catchall bowl) but has also provided phenomenal customer service as well. If I have any issues or questions, I email or call their shopkeeper and she gets right back to me with a response…excellent communication. Great company to shop at and work with :)!

I’m a leather goods addict. I LOVE all kinds of leather bags. My wife thinks I’m obsessed. I have messenger bags, camera bags, duffles, slings, pilot bags, and more. From Coach, Time Resistance, Filson, Korchmar, Bosca, Buffalo Jackson, Col Littleton, and more. Then I came across Mission Mercantile when searching for a new bpack. I have a new love. Sarah was superb when helping with my Theodore bag purchase. The leatherwork on the pebble hide was top notch. The full grain hide was thick and robust, especially the triple layered corners seemed bulletproof:-) The hardware is durable and elegant. The stitching was impeccable. The straps were padded and the added touches with the finger bridge closures and slip pockets above the front pouches were brilliantly functional. I can’t wait to get the messager bag to match. This is my new go to!

I bought the Heritage Waxed Canvas Commuter Tote. From the time I ordered it, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, but I knew that when I ordered it because most of their items are made to order. However, it was absolutely worth the wait. I love this bag! The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Based on my experience, I'd absolutely recommend Mission Mercantile, and I'll no doubt be purchasing from them again. Thanks for the great bag!
