Never will I purchase from this company again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. I finally received my order after 2 months from the date of order and payment. 1st excuse was that the order was misplaced in the post, 2nd excuse was that the order was damaged in the post and went back to them. It finally arrived and the bags are nothing like the photos on the online store or match the description. The bags and description clearly states they are quilted bags. I received canvas bags with a print of quilted materials on them. 100% false advertising.

Hi I ordered 4 bags, for Xmas presents they sent 3 not quilted, like they say. Made in China not the USA. I got the last one yesterday the 8 of Jan. The workmanship was so bad, i even sent them pictures. They offered me 15% back, still trying to get in sorted.

I am sorry to say I should have checked the reviews before I placed an order with this company!!! i placed an order for five bags...my credit card was billed for $79.92 and to date I have not seen or heard from MissyUSAbags, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY,

The Missyusabags website is misleading. The bags that you will get from this company will not be the bags they show on their website.
I got low quality bags, with a printed design, on plastic coated fabric - NOT quilted. They are like a fancy supermarket bag, worth max £5. They come from China and take weeks to arrive, even when paying extra for "Fast Shipping". I tried to cancel when they hadn't been dispatched then I complained about what I received weeks later. They offered me 10%, then 15%, 25%, then 30% to keep the bags. They refused to refund and when pushed told me to post them, at my own expense, back to China to get a refund.
I contacted my Credit card company and got a refund from them via their Chargeback scheme due to
shoddy goods and false advertising.
I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I ordered.
Editing to add that today I saw an ad on Facebook for similar bags - a company called Booznap - it's the same address in China as Missyusabags and there's already a review on Trustpilot that mirrors the experience of Missyusabags.

All I can say is they are probably coming out of China .
Everything I have ever ordered on websites via Instagram are usually from China. Poor quality. Poor delivery and poor customer service. Think twice before pressing your order button.

I certainly did not get the bag they advertised! Total Scam!!!!!
It was a cheap bag that I could have gotten from any store. Not quilted at all, as they advertised.
Do not order from this website!

I’m going to transform these bags (which are not worth the cost of returning) and practice my needle felting and embroidery techniques. I think I can salvage something from this experience and make the bag into something I would be proud to give to a friend.. I’ll be using trust pilot every time before I make any further purchases.

Same experience as many others. Ordered on Nov 17 to ensure delivery for Christmas. Received them On January 4th. Poor communication. Not the same as pictured. NOT quilted. Poor quality. Crickets when asked how to return the bags I purchased. I'm stuck with them. Overpriced for what you get since they are not quilted. The name 'missyusabags' implies they are made in the USA. They are not. They are made in China. Very disappointed

These are not actual quilted bags. Even thought the bag is ok, they are a printed canvas. It took way longer than is should have to get the product. Then when I did finally received it (after Christmas), one of the bags was the wrong size. I reached out to customer service several times to as for tracking and it took days for them to respond. Even the name is deceptive when they are actually coming from China. Disappointed in the lack of integrity. Live and learn.

Waited forever to receive two bags. They are not as pictured at all! Very disappointing. The bags are not quilted and are just some kind of low quality material with a picture printed on it. Hoping to save others the trouble. Impossible to return them, too.

This is a scam website. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bags are extremely cheap roadside quality, probably worth £1. They are based in china and scamming. Report to scam reporting gov website

As everyone else is saying the bags are poor quality, not quilted and I received 3 when I ordered 4.

I have asked for free returns and a full refund. I expect not to get anywhere. As I used my credit card I will pursue through them if I get no where.

I ordered two bags and waited a significant amount of time with no updates. I contacted customer service to cancel my order and miraculously a shipping number was sent to me within the hour. Items say they were delivered, but I haven’t received them. Contacted customer service who told me to contact the post office who told me that 17 Track, the company used to ship the bags was a scam. I also didn’t know the bags would be coming from China, as USA IS LITERALLY IN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY. I can’t even get my money back from PayPal because tracking says it has been delivered. USPS said this is also a scam that they can somehow show delivery confirmation. Be warned, DO NOT purchase anything from MissyUSA bags!!!

Needs to provide what they show. Not some cheap printed-on canvas junk. I will let my displease know to everyone who looks at this website.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Stay away!!! These bags are not quilted and are poorly made. It takes forever to get the order and their customer service is pretty much non-existent.
Save your money, time and aggravation!!!!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. got 2 bags in my order but only 1 was right. Company refuses to return my money. I have gone thru PayPal dispute but they can't do anything for me. Worst customer service I have ever received!!!!! do not buy

My bags have been ordered since Dec 2nd 2025 and after several promises not to worry your order will be on its way im still waiting it's now Jan 9th 2026 they sent a tracking link which you cannot access this firm are appalling will never use them again

My review echoes the disappointment of many others. The bag received (after a month of waiting, and having paid for ‘express delivery’), was nothing like the images of it on their website. The design is the same, but it’s simply printed on, not quilted as was stated in the product description. Don’t waste your money with Missyusabags!
