Nothing but a great experience with Misterscent. Initially, the Royal Mail lost my order, however, Tom was great and very responsive via email

I tried so many different sprays and oils. They have amazing, long lasting and strong smells. Very good quality and low price. I had so many compliments on streets, in the gym , in shops and in my work about amazing smell. My favourite is Very Good Girl. Highly recommend!!!

I placed an order this morning
I placed an order this morning, within 20 minutes I sent an email saying to cancel order, and then later on after a few hours I sent another email...
The seller posted item late afternoon...just for 17 pounds...!!
I placed order by mistake, could not get over the lingering oud smell in their perfumes, and then tried to cancel straight away after ordering.
I have used them once before, and it was strong smell but lingering oud in background....
UPDATE... unfortunately I have had a lot of companies not provide the service requested...looking at your feedback, you also are missing a 5 star rating...
If I called you Mrs scents by mistake, I am not sure if that's an insult.
You refused to refund me 17 pounds by making lame excuses.
Staying silent on a chat and then suddenly responding when I get agitated....is childish
Please learn customer service, and how to say sorry when needed...

Anywho
As per our email conversations, your email request to cancel went straight to our Spam/Junk folder so was not seen until after despatch.
We managed to get your order out in around an hour or two - which is pretty awesome i think 😊👌
Also as per our previous Emails - you can simply return your items at NO cost to yourself in exchange for a full refund.
What we didnt expect, was the use of bad language and insults via your emails (also online chat) totally unacceptable and our staff do not deserve that kind of language.
Juding by your Trustpilot history - a lot of companies have had the same experience with you.
As regards to Perfumes smelling of Oud - you have only ever Purchased our Aventus Inspired fragrance, which contains no oud at all.
But yes as far as perfume lingering, thats the whole point. We make strong, long lasting scents 😁

Posted asap and arrived next day, have bought multiple times off Etsy but prefer the website now as there is more to access. Would recommend to anyone. The oil is super strong and smells all day, the scents are bang on too. I can’t reckoned this shop enough, if you are on the edge just do it because it’s so so worth it

Based on the reviews on TP and Tom's recommendations via instant chat - I ordered three 10ml samples to test. There are a huge quantity of perfume sprays and oils to choose from on the website. If you don't hold knowledge/experience with fragrances like myself I would recommend the instant chat. Tom is quick to respond, answer any questions and can recommend to suit to your needs.
The perfumes I bought were LV Imagination, Dior Savage Elixir and C.Herrera Bad Boy Cobalt. In my experience they're absolutely spot on and noticed immediately the high quality scent. Unbelievable considering the price-tag for retail products; you're receiving an almost faultless replica - carrying the same long-lasting scent compared with originals.
Now I have tried the samples, I am looking forward to ordering larger sizes in the near future. Glad I found Misterscent on TP and not go elsewhere. Overall experience amazing - highly recommend!

Misterscent has been my scent for about a year now(I always get the same scent) and I absolutely love it. Whenever I wear this fragrance I without fail get compliments every single time. The quality is amazing and lasts quite literally all day (I’m cabin crew so sometimes work 14 hours). I get other scents for pressies as they make the perfect gift and my boyfriend has fallen in love with misterscent too. Highly highly recommend, the price is insane and quality… even better.
