I received a different coffee selection than what I ordered. The taste was not great, and I was expecting better quality. Disappointing experience.

Used Mistobox for a few years and thought coffee was fine. Recently have had major issues where i am charged for coffee that never arrives. Has happened twice in the last 6 weeks. I attempted to contact support on multiple occasions and never got response. Cancelled my subscription and worked with my bank to reverse the charges. IMO the support at Mistobox has gone way down hill. Will find another service.

Overall it's a pretty good service with lots of great options, but the shipping is an issue. I've ordered six bags over the past few months and twice have had major delays over a week past when it was expected to arrive. This is the fault of the roaster, not Mistobox, but makes it difficult to rely on them for coffee.

I purchased 6 months worth of coffee. The coffee has been spot on and service is impeccable. Great UI and experience.
