There is no size guide for belts
There is no size guide for belts. So I put the length of my current belt. So the holes were way too long for me. I had to buy a leather hole punch to make it fit.

As for the holes, our belts are made to fit everyone and What's great about them is you can cut your belt to your preferred length with a pair of kitchen scissors.
