I purchased a smaller Misuri bag at the store in 2023, which I love. I have been on the mailing list since that purchase. An email came through offering a discount and free shipping. I decided to see if they had a larger bag for everyday use. After looking at several bags and comparing dimensions I discovered the Anna style. The dimensions did not make sense, so I contacted the store via the chat function. I learned the dimensions were incorrect due to a data error, and that the true dimensions were the size I was looking for. I continued asking questions about colors that were answered promptly. The customer service was excellent, and the representative offered to send pictures if I needed further clarification. I ordered an Anna bag in blue and figured I would have to wait awhile for it to arrive since it was being shipped from Italy to the United States right before Christmas. The bag arrived in four days! I love this bag, it is beautiful and it fits all of my needs. Thank you!

We vacationers in Italy in 2024 and made leather purchases here, since then I have ordered items 3 times to have shipped back home in Chicago. Every time the experience was seamless and products arrived just as ordered. We will definitely make this store one of our "go to" shopping destinations for leather.

Gloves too small. Not size accurate. Have to return them

Gloves are very tight! The 2 pairs I ordered in 7 and 1/2 as I have all the time- these barely go over my knuckles and fingers are short.. I should have gone 2 sizes up and I did measure where it was suggested!

I recently went to the store with a group and no expectation of making a purchase. I was asked by an employee to model the Davide jacket for our group and fell in love with it. I left without buying it, but the jacket remained on my mind. I ordered the jacket in a size that I thought would fit me. Through a series of emails, the staff found a jacket appropriate for my size. They were so helpful. The jacket is perfect!
