Extremely dissatisfied, never buy from here
Extremely dissatisfied in my first purchase experience. The card holder wallet I ordered is not big enough to fit credit cards. Since the shipping is so expensive, I will literally have to throw it in the trash.
Customer service has not responded regarding my refund request other than to say the wallet should eventually stretch to fit a credit card. I will never order anything from here again

Exquisite leather, excellent service
Exquisite leather products made in Florence - the only shop you need to visit! The staff is amazing, ask for Len, Giorgia, Dee, and Charlotte. They are friendly and helpful, but not pushy. The "Grace Kelly" bag is with the visit alone.

Quality wallet that lasts
I first visited the Misuri store 11 years ago and bought a wallet that has been steadily used since then. Recently, I looked online and saw they had the same wallet still available and I bought it again. It was great to compare the new one to the old one with heavy patina. Great quality!

Minor inconvenience, thank you regardless
I have received the bag and I am generally happy with it. However, I was disappointed to find that the buttons on the strap were damaged and not sewn properly. Some were upside down, while others were missing entirely.
This was frustrating, especially considering that I paid the full amount and expected the product to be in perfect condition.
There’s no need to send replacement buttons, but if you would like to do something to address the inconvenience, I would be open to accepting a gift of your choice from your website

Love this Giada purse
Love this Giada purse! After purchasing a smaller purse in Florence on vacation, I realized I should have bought a larger one. I worked with Meghan on chat/email - she sent photos of 2 purses both a little bigger than the one I bought on site. I decided on the Giada and just received it in the mail. Fast delivery from Italy to USA! Thank you Meghan!
