I’m trying to get a refund from your company…and am being told that they didn’t receive the returned product in time….even though it was mailed within the 90 day return window( with proof)….i am going to call my bank and tell my story to them and let them deal with this deceptive, lame excuse for denying my 100% money back return….Robert Mac Murray

They state a 90 day money back guarantee but it's 20 days from their original ship date! I did not get my shipment (was it ever shipped?) when I originally placed my order in April. The "2nd" shipment arrived after paying duties and taxes on June 16th. I contacted them in early September because it was not working at all for me and got a policy that is apparently carved in stone thrown at me. I get to pay for their mistake. RUN, do not buy & you won't have to experience their poor customer service.

I am a 73 year old female who is about 25 lbs overweight . I’ve used several different diet aids to lose weight without success. After seeing ads online for Mitolyn supplement capsules I decided to give it a try. The ingredients seemed safe enough as it uses natural herbs. After taking about 2 doses I had what I call a “cleansing “ episode. I continued to take 1 capsule each day till the bottle was empty. Sadly, I haven’t lost any of the weight I expected to lose. This was an expensive try at weight loss. I see from reading other reviews on Mitolyn that others have had the same experience as me. I can’t get a refund as I only have the empty bottle and no shipping receipt. Do not buy this product

I ordered a 3-month supply believing that if the product didn't work, I'd be out nothing with their money-back guarantee. After losing no weight at all in the first month, I contacted them and told them I had lost no weight at all. I was told to give it 3 months. I did. I contacted them again after finishing the final bottle and asked for my money back. I had lost only 1 pound in 3 months. I was told that the guarantee expired 3 months from my order date and that they owed me nothing.

Idd have taken 1 bottle and have lost NOT 1 ounce. it is costly and you can't find a way to contact them for a return of your money. A BIG SCAM, don't get caught in it.

I used this for almost 90 days with no results. Sent the product back within the 90 day trial period but they refused to give me a refund. They said I was outside the 90 days. Their return policy states you may return anytime within the 90 days , which I did but they would not give me a refund. Total SCAM!

I wish I had the option to leave a 'Zero' review because '1' is way too much! Never again will I get scammed by one of these ads. I am not sure what sucked me in on this one, but they got me. Idiot me! I've told myself not to fall for these scams. I've told friends and family members not to fall for these scams. But here I go and fall for the scam. I did not lose an ounce!

Total scam wouldn’t give me a refund after 60 days. Gave me a partial refund and I haven’t lost much weight from it at all after 5 months. Tried to ask to order more and was told at time of purchase it was a limited time promotion offer and it would lock in that price in the future. Now they want me to pay full price again. Andrew is a great sales man and con artist. Don’t waste your money and fall for this product it DOES NOT work !

I waited two months before I even received it and quite frankly I am DEMANDING anFULL refund as well as the 35.00 import charges!!! This product is a total scam. I'm embarrassed that through desperation I let myself be sucked into buying this product. Save yourself the time and money by not doing what I did and RUN away from this product.

I purchased a 3 month supply. I took it faithfully every morning and see absolutely NO difference in my weight. They even managed to deliver the first shipment to an unknown address and initially did not want to reship.

Do not buy Mitolyn. It does not work. Their return policy is receptive. I requested a return within 90 days and shipped everything back as directed. Now they claimed that the return was beyond was beyond 90 days.

I ordered and received this product in March 2025. It guaranteed an increase in metabolism based on following the instructions. Throughout this i had a weight loss of 7pds. I reached out the company through email for weeks to request a refund. Initially, I was told that a full refund required that all three bottles had to be returned or I could receive a $25 refund. The entire order cost $167 + tax which was about $200. Further communications have resulted in me missing the refund time. So, I basically lost $200 on a FAULTY PRODUCT and I need others to be aware of the SCAM AND FAULTY PRODUCT NAMED - MITOLYN. IT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM AND HELP TO LOOSE WEIGHT. IT IS A SCAM. DON'T PURCHASE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

tried for almost 3 months and actually gained wait instead of losing. When contacting company, they said I passed the 90 days, although i told them it took awhile before I received my shipment and haven't used the 90 days, even though I bought 6 months worth.

I have been on Mitolyn since March 2025 with No evidence of weight loss.

It's a SCAM and product does not work. I purchased the 90 day program and I have NOT lost a single pound or felt better - PURE SCAM - these people need to be prosicuted. Their own web site is a scam as well, no contact info, no support info, there is nothing of value on their website except send them MONEY!!!

I did not have an elevated heart rate until using this product AND I did not lose any weight. When I reached out to return my unused product and request a full refund, I found that I was to have kept all the used bottles to return along with the full bottles to get a full refund. That was not mentioned in their 90 day risk free money back guarantee. My original order was for 6 bottles at the price of $234 with free shipping. I shared this order with my partner. Between us we went through 3 bottles. I returned 2 full bottles and a partially full bottle. I only received a $78 refund which wasn't even half of my purchase. When I asked for an explanation, I got an e-mail with the same pat answer that they gave me regarding not having my empty bottles for refund. I am very unhappy with customer service. As stated above, if it sounds to good to be true - it is!!!!

Once you go to Mitolyn Support for Returns you will read that you must have all empty and full bottles to return or there is no full refund. They recommend using for two months so of course everyone is throwing out their empty bottle. So then you don't qualify for a full refund. They will offer you a 25% refund and you can keep all the bottles. I called their customer support and it is just ClickBank that processed your payment. They will do nothing but repeat the same thing. When ClickBank did a call back to me, my phone registered the highest for Potential Spam that I have ever had. So you cannot speak to anyone at Mitolyn. Only email.
I used for two and a half months and did not lose one pound. I eat very healthy, exercise, and intermittent fast. I am post menopausal at age 53 and struggle to lose weight. Beginning to think all the website reviews that promote it are created and paid for by Mitolyn. Lesson learned.

During the initial order I was tricked into an "UPGRADE ". It was not an upgrade , it was a second order for a total of $323.95. After taking it for 60 days I realized that it was not working at all. It was very difficult to find the information for a return. From the date of purchase until the date I sent it in the mail, was 90 days. After waiting almost a month for a response I contacted Mitolyn through email. They informed me that my return was outside of the refund window.😬 I WAS SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this product. We live and learn.
