Have ordered 2 necklaces trough a BrandAlley sale and over a month later still haven’t received them. Delivered deadline keeps being extended every time the estimate delivery date arrive.

These pepole are a scam they don't respond to email and they never deliver please don't buy from them if you don't want to be rip off.

Requested express shipping. Items never arrived due to an incorrect address applied on the shipping label. Contacted Mitsoku several times over a number of weeks questioning the status. Was told it was ‘not their problem’ and that I had input the address incorrectly at checkout. Sent them screenshots of the order confirmation showing that I had put in the correct address, and screenshots from parcel tracking showing the incorrect address they’d applied, and they ghosted me. Had to contact my bank for a refund.

Paid extra to have goods delivered between 3-5 working days received 17 days later. More surprised that I received my items at all. It's the wrong size but that's ok. 'Buyer Beware'. Communication with Mitsoku was bad and there was no tracking facility. Initially thought the company was a scam but admittedly received my items. Thankful for that at least.

This is a scam website.
I have bought replacements for my ninja blender. I have paid via Paypal. I haven't recieved an email confirming the payment nor an email informing that the product has been shipped.
On top of that when I have contacted the costumer service via paypal they haven't replied. Additionaly I also contacted the costumer service via email and this is the response "The message was not delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver the message the recipient's email system has refused to accept a connection from the email system."
Another reason is the website states that they are located in the US, however on my credit card it says HK. Plus the name on the credit card comes as Television Sales instead of Mitsoku or ZHIGUWANGLUO Ltd. Co. as it appears in Paypal's invoice.

Do not trust this site, do not buy anything from them.

"Track my order" link on website doesn't work and they have no phon elisted on website.

I ordered a replacement part for my Ninja Auto IQ blender. It took 6 weeks to arrive. The part failed after 5 days of use. The seal broke causing the liquid contents to spill into the blender motor. Requested a refund for the inferior part, and they said that the only option was for me to pay an additional $5.99 fee for a replacement. I strongly suggest not using this company for replacement parts.

No tracking, no invoice, product has not arrived for just under 3 weeks now. Very poor service.

EDIT: After using the blender cup only a few times the plastic cracked and the blade attachment started leaking everywhere - cheap China rubbish!!!
I no longer recommend this company.

I ordered from Mitsoku before reading the reviews, and after checking them out I pazzed out because I thought it looked a scam. The tracking wasn't showing up either and when I contacted them they replied straight away telling me to wait a little bit. This was 3 weeks ago. I checked the tracking yesterday and it had appeared, saying my order was still in China. (I'm in Australia). And then to my surprise.. today it arrived!

I Ordered a blender part, and granted it was over the Covid period, it supposedly was sent to me about 4 months after i ordered it. It actually never arrived and they are alleging the delivery company at my end lost it. I don't believe them and dealing with them was extremely painful, confusing and the every thing took lots of time to get an answer back on. They would not refund the money i spent. They could have approached their delivery company and then they could have gotten a refund that way but they didn't even bother doing that and made it very difficult. If you can avoid dealing with them and you can buy things local, even if they are a few dollars more, then do it as its not worth the trouble."

Onderdelen voor nutribullet weken geleden besteld en heeft een Chinese stad niet verlaten.Support geeft als antwoordt, geduld hebben. Ik ga er vanuit dat mijn bestelling niet geleverd wordt.Zou dit bedrijf niet aanbevelen.

Chinese website. Besteld, product nooit ontvangen, heldesk doet niks, geld kwijt!!!
