Hi Mary Lou, Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the desk calendars and the pricing.
You’re absolutely right that there was a discrepancy between the binding areas shown in the online preview and the artwork thumbnail images, which meant some additional help was needed to make sure the pages were set up correctly before printing.

We’re pleased to confirm that this has now been fixed, so the ordering and proofing process should be much clearer and smoother for any future orders.

Hi James, We’re sorry to hear you’re not as happy with the feel and finish of the paper on your second order, and we certainly didn’t mean to suggest that you couldn’t tell the difference between the stocks.
As our Care Team explained, we work with multiple production facilities and source paper from different suppliers. Because of this, there can be some variation in the feel, texture and finish of a particular paper specification between facilities and batches, which is what appears to have happened between your two orders.
We sent further information explaining these differences, but it doesn’t look like we received a reply to our last email, so we’ll reach out again to see whether it helped and what else we can do to assist.

Hi Paul, We’re really sorry that two of your recent orders haven’t gone as smoothly as your first, especially after such a positive experience with that initial order.
With the second order, there was unfortunately a delay because, after the order had already been sent into production, you contacted us to ask whether changes could still be made to the artwork. It’s actually quite rare that we’re able to stop an order at this stage, as once an order enters production, the pages can begin printing very quickly. We did our best to accommodate the changes for you, but allowing the corrected files to be resubmitted did unfortunately add some extra time to the process.

Going forward, once an order has been confirmed and entered production, we won’t be able to pull it back for further artwork changes. We’d therefore recommend checking the artwork, online preview and order specifications very carefully before giving the final confirmation.

We’re also very sorry about the page order issue with your latest hardcover book. Although it’s unusual, issues can occasionally happen during the printing and binding process, and clearly the pages should not have been bound in this sequence.

What’s most important now is that we put this right for you, and we can see that we’re already working on getting this resolved.

We really do appreciate your patience, and we hope we can get things back to the experience and quality you received with your first order.

We’re really sorry to hear the colors and trimming on your latest comics haven’t come out as you expected, especially after you were so happy with your previous order.
Colors can sometimes vary between print runs, and in some cases artwork intended to print as greyscale may be processed using colour settings in error, but we’d really like the opportunity to investigate exactly what has happened here rather than make any assumptions.
We can see that you reported this to us later on Friday, so it’s a shame we haven’t yet had the chance to investigate or offer a resolution before your review was posted. Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday, and we’ll be reaching out to you today so we can look into both the colour and trimming concerns and work with you to get this sorted.
Mistakes and production issues can occasionally happen, but what really matters is how we respond and put things right. We hope you’ll allow us to do that for you and judge us on how well we handle your concerns.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of your books, although we’re sorry your order took longer than expected to complete and that communication could have been better.
With any order, but especially one for 400 copies, production can sometimes need a little additional time to ensure everything is completed to the quality we expect. This is why our production and delivery dates are always estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
Your point about communication between our production and service teams is absolutely noted, and this is something we’re actively working to improve.
We always recommend allowing a little extra time where possible, just in case production needs longer to ensure we can provide you, and all our customers, with great-quality books.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite the delays, you’ll consider using us again in the future.

Hi Andres, We’re really sorry to hear the corners arrived damaged, although we hope that despite this, you’re happy with the printing and the product itself.
Rather than simply putting up with the damage, please do follow the advice in the email this review was invited from and report the issue through your order. That way, our team can take a proper look at what’s happened and see how we can help.
