Don't. You cannot reach anyone! I have contacted them several times...they do not respond. You have no access to the important information should you need to make a correction.

Very good news

My monthly fee was accidently charged twice to my credit card. I contacted the customer service support group and got no asistance. I conclude it is just AI which is worthless. They would not investigate their own accounts this is terrible customer service. My CC company has already credited the balance due. Pity the incompetents at Mixer date could not. Now they get a permanent 1 star review.

I looked here before joining Mixerdates. After seeing positive reviews I trusted enough to pay to see my messages ... i was shocked to see all the fake profiles with pics gleaned from online influencers, models and porn stars who, after saying hi, immediately asked me to give my phone number or meet them on WhatsApp. This is the most obvious red flag for scammers. This is not a safe site. The site doesn't verify profiles. I suggested to one user that using fake pics was to protect their anonymity, it undermined trust not being upfront about using them, and to have real ones in privacy mode for show only when they connect with someone. I would agree to leave the site if i saw those real pics. Somehow I was temporarily banned for having this discussion. The whole unsecure setup seems a bit nonsensical. I suspect many profiles are for "entertainment" and many more are scammers.

I actually tried using mixerdates a while ago and surprisingly, the experience was quite good. The customer service was very responsive. You are matched with a partner typically within a few days and the accuracy is quite high. Good service

Easy to use. I got much more response than other dating platform.
