Billigware, Kundenservice eine Katastrophe. Nicht zu empfehlen.

When ordering a Soundwave with message please know that when you scan the Spotify sounwave ( at the very bottom under your message to loved one ) that unless you have Spotify Premium, your chosen song will not play immediately because it will be in a queue in your list. After an initial cockup with song and group, the order came to me finally with the correct group BUT the song itself didn’t play, instead it was another song by that group. Why? I don’t pay for Spotify Premium. Just be aware of this.

I've placed an order, received the confirmation and waited for it to arrive or at least a shipment confirmation. A few days after I followed up via email. No response. I sent another message through their website. No response for days. Finally after 2 weeks they told me that the order didn't go through and reimbursed the costs. This was meant to be a birthday present and in addition for it being after the birthday already, I have to organize another present. Never again with them.

Magnets are TERRIBLE. photos are ok.
Because I didn't hang them right away, customer service can't refund. (it has been more than a month - we were having renovations). Customer service did get back to me right away, but there's no resolution. Would not recommend.

When I initially ordered I was quite happy with the product. However, I have since rearranged my living room and wanted to move the pictures to a different wall. The magnets would not adhere to the wall and the pictures kept falling. I contacted customer service with a simple request asking for some replacement magnets to be sent and they told me this was not possible. Unsure why? I’ve only had these tiles for about a year and they are now useless to me. Too bad since I was going to order more but I guess I will look elsewhere now.

Magnofix tiles do not stick to the wall and are too weak to hold the picture with another magnet affixed to it. They fall off the wall and damage the corners of the soft foam pictures. After contacting customer service I have not heard anything after 2 weeks. It’s hard to seek a refund within the 30 day window if they never get back to you.

Got my 7 mixpix tiles. They look nice but unfortunately they fall off the wall due to poor magnets.
I will therefore have to look elsewhere for my next order.

My order arrived incorrectly and despite reaching out repeatedly nobody in customer service replied to correct my order.

Horrible customer service. No reply from their support email, and instagram. Sent out 4 emails, and 3 ig messages. NOTHING.

Ordered my pictures July 27. They deducted from my account and everything. So i’m excited to get them. I realized that i didn’t get any tracking number for it about 1 week after, so i emailed. Now it’s been 17 days, not knowing if i’m ever gonna get that package.

Photos on tiles have low resolution. There are also halo effects on the tiles that do not appear on the original photographs. I received better outcome with a competitor's tiles.

A few problems arose with product quality and mailing issues, and the customer service representative was inefficient in her communication and made errors that has potentially cost me $100, since I have yet to see the product or hear back from the representative. There needs to be a better method of communication than emailing one person only?

The flimsy foam-backed photos came covered in debris. The packaging squished the particles to the photo so they had to gently wiped clean to not damage photos. Also, the foam back is pretty cheap looking so I would strongly recommend using frames if you want to display these beyond a kids room. Big disappointment.

The photos came out great, colors very vibrant and picture is clear. The magnet system I am very unhappy with this. You stick to back of photo then peel to stick on wall. The problem is when you peel paper off magnet there is little to no adhesive to stick to wall.

Buy some command strips and you will be all set. 3 stars for poor magnet system.

I ordered several Mix Pic Tiles and I love them! They look so good and are of good quality. I love the magnet hanging system. You can easily rearrange them. We ordered some specifically for our travel trailer because of their weight and quality. They worked perfect. When it came time to upgrade our camper, I reached out to customer service. I wanted to order more magnets to hang them in the new camper and they shipped me new magnets free of charge! What great customer service! And that is something that you don’t find often in this day and time! I love my mix tiles and will definitely order more in the future!

Grateful for excellent customer service by Veronica. When I contacted customer service department regarding the delivery status of my order, she was responsive, resolved the issue quickly and was very friendly.

The product is great, and the customer service made my experience with Mixpix even better. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

It was relatively easy to download the pics. I was ordering as Christmas present. I received my order quickly and loved the result. 3 of the tiles were damaged when I opened them. I took a pic of them, contacted customer service and they replaced the damaged pics immediately and I received them Christmas Eve as we were opening presents. So awesome job MIXPIX. I will definitely use again.

These are fantastic! Such great quality and so easy to use. They went up so easily and I love the versatility of being able to switch the pictures around! Well be putting my second order jn very soon!

I purchased a gift certificate in December 2020, and it was unused/lost. It is now 2 years later. I contacted Veronica via their website and had a new code within a day! Very happy customer! Can’t wait to see what my niece purchases. I will definitely use again! Thank you for your professionalism.

Mixpix is great. The concept is simple but looks amazing. I have what I call my "Adventure Wall" which has pictures of places my family travels.

I recently moved and pulled all the tiles down. Unfortunately the magnets on the wall are not reusable so I contacted Mix Pix customer service. Veronica asked for my new address and said new magnets were on the way!

I cannot wait to display my "Adventure Wall" in my new home. My friends always compliment how great it looks.

TERRIBLE. I sent a surprise, timed gift that never reached and then they told me it was lost AFTER a month after I asked what happened?! They simply said it's lost and here is your refund. Nothing else. Ruined the surprise and the gift experience.
