Everything was great! The quality of the photos exceeded my expectations, ordering was easy, and they turned out exactly how I hoped. This is my second order, and I’ve been very happy both times. I’ll definitely order again and highly recommend Mixtiles.

We love that your second order exceeded expectations just like the first! The photos look beautiful on your shelves, and it’s wonderful to hear the ordering process was easy and the final result came out exactly as you hoped. Thanks so much for recommending Mixtiles!
The pictures are beautiful and the idea is great however the magnet stickers are not sticking in the wall . The day they arrived I put them up and they most of the were falling . Not all. Probably half of them . How can I get new stickers or another idea so I can hang them .

We’re sorry that so many of the magnets aren’t staying securely on the wall. Please email our customer support team at fixit@mixtiles.com so they can help with replacement adhesives.
Loved everything about these.

We’re so happy you loved everything about your Mixtiles! Your gallery came together beautifully, and it’s wonderful to see so many special memories displayed together on the wall. 🖼️
Easy to order and very high quality printing for the price. The price is right but so is the quality. Having framed light weight photos is really nice, something competitors are not doing

I love how quick these arrive and the alerts keep me up to date. Just wish I could buy spare wall mounts as when I moved I ruined the ones I had and can't find a way to replace them.

I just wanted to say, THANK YOU! You did a fantastic job helping me out to make the change and the order was also delivered in less than a week. I was so excited putting them on my wall last night and even got family and friends to want to order Mixtiles. What a great business model, design, quality and customer experience. I thought you should all know!

I love the customer service and quality of product. When there was an issue with one of the portraits, one of the staff members advised me on how to view product before completing order which has been very helpful when purchasing other pictures. Definitely recommend
