Absolute joke of a fulfillment operation. I paid extra for overnight shipping and days later my order hadn’t even left their warehouse. Their own confirmation email promises expedited orders ship the next business day. Apparently that promise means nothing.

Customer support was useless. Told me it was “still within the delivery window” like I didn’t pay specifically to skip that window. Then when I asked to cancel the order that was now pointless, they hit me with a policy that you can’t cancel after 25 minutes. So they can take days to do their job but I get 25 minutes to change my mind. Incredible.

Now I get to wait around for a shirt I no longer need and then jump through their return hoops to get my money back. Reading other reviews, this clearly isn’t a one-off. Charging premium shipping prices for service you can’t deliver isn’t a mistake, it’s a business model.

Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that can actually ship things.

I wear almost exclusively Mizzen+Main shirts.

I get their emails frequently however, I received the most unethical and misleading email from them today.

Subject included "Re:" as in they were replying to an email. And then had the phrase "Your PTO was approved." (I work for myself and by myself, I approve my PTO.)

That is complete and utter trashy clickbait marketing. Most of the issues today are from unethical people that will do anything to get you to view their material. Mizzen+Main is like the National Enquirer of retail.
