I requested the support for payment to be paid because in Oman they don't have payment option and after couple of hours I got the link but when I to change it for one month no answer even they read the message on WhatsApp. Too rude.
Bought subscription on a device which got stolen. Contacted customer service, they took the activation code and error code and completely ignored me. Despite sending messages and clearly shown they are being read i was still ignored. Waste of money and a scam.
Subscribed for one whole year and been out of service for 4 months and customer service never bothered to fix the issue or even reply to my msgs.
Not true when they say customer service 24/7.
Other iptv services are much better services and fast connections. Keep away from Mkworld.
They are not even worth quarter star also...Pathetic Service. Quick to take money for 1 year subscription but from last 6 months after several reminder not updating my account. Don't understand if I paid for one year why my account was activated for 3 months only. A**holes just keep asking for more time and will hardly attend you queries.
Extremely bad customer service. Never attend to your query. Never answer a call.
Very fast to collect the yearly subscription.
Problems take days of frustration to sort out.
Basically, keep away from them and look for better ones.
Pathetic service. No service 80% of the time. The support is pathetic as well as usually they do not bother to even ready and reply to support message requests
