What a lie, you don't get all out of market games. Part of the games are on Apple tv or Oeacock TV or ESPN. What a shit service MLB is nothing but lies. If you could rate them with negative numbers I would have.

Service is highly inconsistent. Streaming often incurs technical issues such as "freeze" frame or "fuzzy" broken up streaming. Also, blackouts appear to occur if you're located in the same state the games are being played. As an example, I live in western Michigan and I am not able to watch the St. Louis Cardinals series against the Detroit Tigers played in Detroit due to blackout. However, for an additional fee, streaming access is provided, this is a classic bait and switch marketing strategy.

I ordered a shirt for my grandson, I received order confirmation with an expected delivery date, the shirt did not arrive. MLB's tracking showed a label was created waiting on item, still shows waiting on item. I contacted MLB and was given the excuse it's still in the delivery window, wait a couple days. I did, still no item. I contacted them today, their tracking still says waiting on item but they are telling me it was delivered. I have screen shots of the order detail and the lasership tracking and neither show the item delivered. I am frustrated.

MLB reports garbage and falsehoods about players and teams. Their reporters are clowns that NEVER played the name. OF they had zero stars I will rate MLB "0".

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Whatever you do, never, ever, ever, ever purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Dodger sweater that I returned but they have refused to refund my card, only offering me a gift card. I have spent hours going back and forth with the company's outsourced return team and they have straight lied to me several times. I resorted to contacting them through instagram which also turned out to be a waste of time. In addition, I sent an email directly to the CEO, and the email was met with crickets. Any company that penny-pinches working-class people to make an extra hundred dollars should be boycotted and run out of business. A company like this should be exiled to the pig pen, where they can roll around in their own filth on their own time. Please, please, never buy anything from these money-hungry swine.

Don't waste your time buying from MLBSHOP.COM like I did. Their customer service is horrible. You buy an item one day and the next day it goes on sale and you call to get a price adjustment just to be told they can't do that. So it's a hassle returning the item to get the same thing at a lower price.

this website tells me EVERYTHING on EVERY game that is currently happening! It can also show me replays of games and clips of games, and highlights!

If u could give 0 I would. It's all automated replies. How is it this bad?? I'd never pay for another subscription they must have such a low opinion of their customers providing such awful service. ZERO STARS

I ordered a personalized $200 Nike brand Red Sox Jersey from MLB.com as a gift for a person I have a LOT of respect for. I'm a Yankees fan so you can understand how hard this was to do. When it arrived, it looks like something you'd buy at Kmart. I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality. The letters and numbers are ironed on. You'd think for $200 they would be stitched. I bought a personalized Yankees jersey at Lids a few years ago for WAY less and it was SO much nicer. I even ordered an Indians jersey for $54 from a facebook sponsored at that I thought sure was going to be a scam and THAT jersey is WAY nicer than this Nike jersey. Save your money, do yourself a favor, and buy somewhere else. I can't return it because it's personalized.

I asked mlb to cancel my subscription, not to give me a refund, but to cancel. They refuse. They told me in an email it is against their policy. Is this legal?

I hope Apple TV is paying MLB enough to cover the growing amount of pissed off customers dropping out. After 10 years of being a loyal customer you can add me to the list.

Too many games blacked out... Regional blackout... Apple TV blackout.... ESPN blackout... TBS or TNT blackout! What am I paying to?? I'm done with the MLB package.... Never again

MLB claims to provide live baseball content and it does….LOTS of audio which can get anywheres FREE. Works fine in April and May. Get to June and beyond, very, very few live games that you can see especially for contenders AND especially for Yankees. if you’re a Yankees fan, bite the bullet and save your money for YES. MLB SUCKS!!

Perhaps the worst customer service of all time? Been contacting MLB about two game used baseballs that sported the MLB hologram but weren't in their system for over ten years now (crazy, isn't it?) and still haven't gotten a resolution. Hilarious, right? Started way back in 2014 with a customer rep named Howard Shelton, now the customer service agents decline to use their names, which is understandable given how awful the service they provide is. Latest exchange involved me sending in pictures of the balls and holograms (again), and then told... and this is word for word from the un-named agent... "Please continue to check the website for updates." Over ten years. "Just keep checking the website" sounds like someone doesn't want to do their job, does it?

I try to watch a game and cannot get it on my tv or my computer. This happens 50-75% of the time. At the beginning of the season, I even bought a 1000 dollar new TV with model number given to me by MLB help line. It still does not work consistently. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced. The help line told me my tv model will not work anymore due to upgrades in the software. What the heck!!!!! Am I supossed to buy another TV to see if I can get it to work? Have the time will not work on my computer

I subscribe to MLB. You can’t get all the games you pay for. They put games on all kinds of Cable channels. If you happen to be able to get it you have to listen to crappy announcers a team wouldn’t employ. You definitely do not get what you pay for, and it gets worse every year.

The web site changes in the past 2+ weeks is terrible. Today, it didn't even show the score or box from last night. Time to find a site to get Guardian news and information.
