Use this company on a regular basis. Always on time, reliable and great company

We had to contact this company at very short notice after we pre paid and booked with another company who cancelled our bookings for no given reason twice on us
We called from the airport after we landed booked a car they sent us the email to pay which arrived very promptly .
We paid and the car was dispatched at a moments notice

They totally bailed us out of a desperate and dark hole as we had no way to get home on a very cold late evening

The lovely Freddie turned up to get us , he was a gent lifting bags in and opening doors and he was wonderful chatty company on our drive to home his car was clean warm and a good safe drive across the M62

Thanks guys for getting us home after a long flight and a very very long day

We would have no hesitation in booking with them again and we hope Freddie maybe available to assist us again

My transfer from Gorton to Manchester Airport has been rejected. I am booking it 2 days in advance. I am really not sure what is preventing them to get me a car for such an easy and usual trip. I will never use them again. Useless.

I used MMA Transfers for my trip to Manchester Airport from Chorlton. The service was easy to book online and when I had a question I got a quick response via email. I booked via the website two weeks ago, however, I didn't pay incase my flight was changed. Also, the post code in the MMA data base was incorrect but the address was correct. I sent an email which was promptly replied by Shemaine. She explained she would fix it and told me I could make a deposit to hold the booking. The day before I emailed her and Shemaine was kind enough to send me the banking link. We exchanged several messages and once I paid I received immediately confirmation via text. Shemaine was extremely professional and customer focused.
When I landed last night there was a text message from KARL, my driver asking me to text him when I had my bags... We exchanged a couple of messages. My 4 bags were first off. I rang Karl and he arrived at my post E just in time. Another black taxi tried to steal me away. Karl politely explained I was prebooked with him...
Karl and I chatted the entire journey of 1.5 hours. What a delightful young man. What a pleasure dealing with MMA.... My car service of choice going forward.
Shemaine, please provide Karl with flight number next time as another flight arrived with holiday makers at the same time as my flight from Athens....

It’s my first time using your service. Your driver picked the 3 of us from Manchester airport to wrexham school village accommodation on Monday. I can’t remember his name, but he was quit professional, on time and polite. He also engaged us in meaningful conversation. I wish I could remember his name. But all of us spoke highly of him.
I’ll recommend his service anytime.

Have been using MMA Transfers a lot during the pandemic and booking through the app is a breeze. And the vehicles I've been in are always clean and sanitised before and after a booking.
Our driver recently was Paul who picked us up on time was extremely polite and helpful. Needed to run few errands and he was more than happy to got the extra mile for me!

Horrendous experience. Paid £120 in advance to move a dog 30 miles one way from Frodsham to Bolton on a dog courier service. On collecting of the dog they asked for £25 more for car cleaning as the dog wasn’t in a cage. They actually advertise that your dog doesn’t need to be caged! I had also provided a travel harness. They had not mentioned any additional charges at booking. My dog wasn’t sick, didn’t wee or poo and was as always perfectly behaved. I took a photo of the boot when he arrived to refute what was clearly a regular scam.
He travelled in the boot stood up.
When I refused to pay any extras at this vulnerable moment they 1. Threatened to return the dog to Kennels and 2. Me with the police. They only agreed to return my dog when I said I would take them to a small claims court for breach of contract and the additional charges I would incur from the kennels.
I agree with taxis charging drunks for puking in their cars, but I had already paid through the nose to move this dog, they knew they were moving a dog and he had done nothing wrong.
This is a taxi service, definitely not the animal courier service they are charging for.
We have not already posted a review on Trust Pilot. Savanna my daughter posted a review on Google. Given the very bad day your company caused this house I’m not surprised you are getting bad reviews. I also have a photo of my clean dog emerging from your car in the harness you claim we didn’t supply.
At no point was my behaviour threatening. Pointing out that your company were behaving in a fraudulent manner, effectively scamming people when you have their dogs, is very restrained in the circumstances!
Your driver clearly wanted to make more money over and above what you charge. Pay your staff more or employ more honest people.

I was collected efficiently from Manchester airport and taken home in style. Every aspect of the service provided by the company from bookìng to execution of the transfer was excellent and I will certainly use the company for future travels.

Delivered my kitten from Manchester to Sheffield, and was incredibly professional. Very reasonable fee, provided a travel case when I didn't have one, and updates throughout the whole process. Also the driver was incredibly nice and even kept the kitten company.

I usually don’t write reviews however I used this taxi service recently to travel from Manchester to Leicester and because I live with vulnerable person I had to take extra covid-19 precautions while travelling, and I can say this is the best private taxi I ever used. Helpful customer service . The driver arrived on time, the car was super clean, spotless, the driver was so friendly and he put on his mask all the way. I felt so safe and comfortable and will be using it again definitely .

This is by far the best taxi service I have ever received! Not only was it fast and efficient when I booked a car, with very helpful and on the spot customer service via the online chat, but also smooth and enjoyable with a clean and modern vehicle.
The driver took care to keep any conversation going while adding new pieces of information to the topic, because of it, I didn't even realize when the 25 minutes drive has ended.
I enjoyed the trip, and I will definitely rely on this company again in the future. I highly recommend their services!

I used this service a few days ago in Manchester city centre to get to Manchester airport. The driver was on time, extremely nice and friendly during the whole trip. He took all the precautions against COVID, respected the safety distance, wore a mask and provided me with hand sanitiser. The price was very reasonable and the service provided was great. I'll definitely use this service again and recommend it to everyone I know.

I found this transfer service, after a disappointing experience with another company and was amazed. Clean big vehicle, arrived on time, safe driving and very friendly. I was travelling at 4 in the morning alone with three kids and I won’t book with another company again !

Booked an airport transfer at short notice. The lady I spoke with on the phone initially was extremely helpful and professional, and the booking process very efficient. Vehicle was spotless and the driver was excellent, particularly as he made sure that my son, who had reduced mobility due to a knee injury, was seated comfortably for the journey. I had never used this company before but will definitely make them my first choice in future and would highly recommend them.
