I am disappointed.
A month ago I gave it 5 stars but now it's two, when I buy something on this website I have to wait more and more time, yesterday I had to wait 12 hours, and the most important thing is that it is impossible to contact the customer service, they always say that the waiting time is 5 minutes, but it's not, recently the shortest time I've waited is an hour and a half, today my live chat was open until three o'clock, but no one answered, I'm sorry but this has become a very bad website.

wir haben deutlich mehr Bestellungen als üblich erhalten. Auch wenn es so aussieht, als ob viele Bestellungen nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden konnten, haben wir tatsächlich eine höhere Abschlussquote als in den Vorperioden erreicht. Wir gehen nicht davon aus, dass diese Situation dauerhaft sein wird, es kann aber zu Einbußen bei der Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit kommen.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.

I've bought from here tons of times since 2021 with little to no issues, When this time I didn't receive my stuff for awhile due to stock changes. I spoke to support, Lay (The support agent I spoke to) was really helpful, assisted me with everything I needed and we eventually decided a full refund would be best for me, it's worth noting I was offered a slightly different variant for an exchange so overall super helpful, I highly recommend. good support.
