This item is nothing like it showed. Just thin board

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I most definitely would. I sold my iPhone to a company by the name of Twig group. Mobi Market is the parent company of that company. I have been running in circles since October 2023 trying to be paid for a phone I sold to them. The phone was lost via UPS and a claim was paid out to somebody, just not me. I’ve gotten limited information from UPS as I am not the owner of the shipper account which paid for the shipping label to send out the phone. There have been absolutely zero contact by Mobi Market by Twig group and other various companies I’m finding out that are subdivisions or DBAs of Mobi Market. I have attempted to contact anyone and everyone possible to simply just get an answer. I’ve received nothing. So three months later, almost 4, I have no iPhone any longer. I have no payment for selling that phone nor do I have claim money from UPS for losing this package. Most days, when I call my cell phone provider, states that the number I’m calling is temporarily unavailable. I cannot sign onto the account I created with Twig group as my account was deleted by the company, and no longer exists, nor can I even set up a new account with that company to attempt to resolve this issue. Their website is down repeatedly and consistently. I have several email addresses that I have contacted with not even so much as a response. Avoid this company and any of their subsidiaries at all costs.

Avoid !!!they are happy to send you out a phone but when contracted is up they don’t want to know . Got email off them 12/12/23 saying they will send pre payed out to me still waiting for that not email or call me back but still very happy to take money off me for a phone I no longer need

I must say I have had constant updates. Received my phone really quickly. I have no faults with them.
All emails have been answered promptly.

After looking at the site the contact number is 0800 1234 5678 90 that’s 14 digits long not 11 digit’s don’t trust everything you see on TikTok

Scammers, took my 1st week payment and i was approved, been waiting for a tracking number since last week 12th January and they was telling me i will receive it soon, they emailed me today saying they cancelled my order due to a "second payment failure", i have not even received the phone so why would i pay a second payment when the phone should of been delievered within 1-2 Business Days and i called DPD and they said they have no parcel under my address waiting to be delivered

Seem to just be trying to get personal info to sell, they get all your info and banking details then tell you they have no stock due to amount of orders currently !!!

But the have all your information and details and have no product!

Scam

Placed an order and was told I would receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This passed. I emailed the company and they replied saying they cancelled my order due to order volume. Yet they are still accepting orders online. Clearly if they can't handle the volume of orders, either show items out of stock or stop taking orders. Not only that, the website I noticed isn't even finished. With generic details such as a contact number that is 123456789 and a sample email.
