Dear Manjeet,
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase.
Please be assured that we source our Google Pixel earphones directly from overseas Google distributors. We purchase these items in bulk with minimal packaging to ensure our prices remain competitive for our customers.
If you require further information or additional assurance regarding the authenticity of your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Alternatively, if you would prefer a refund, please return the item in its original packaging to the address listed on your invoice.
Best regards,
