Not compatible with my Samsun mobile phone. Most disappointing.

Please note that these styluses are compatible with all Samsung mobile devices. If you have a thick screen protector installed, you may need to increase the "Touch Sensitivity" setting on your device to ensure optimal performance.
Alternatively, if you would prefer a refund for the item price, please return the items in their original condition to the address listed on your invoice. Kindly include a note with your invoice or order number so that we may identify your return and promptly issue your refund.
