They do not pay their notaries for work completed. They do not reply to emails or phone calls, and after 4 months of trying I recommend you avoid this company. Very poor service for contracted notaries.

I used to enjoy working with MNZ, they seemed to be a somewhat fair company. Unfortunately, it seems like they have decided to not pay any notaries for our services. I, like many others, am owed hundreds of dollars for completed assignments from February 2026 and they refuse to pay. Super disappointing.

Terrible agency to contract with, does not pay the notary, does not reply to my calls or emails. This is not ethical and not a way to run a business. Absolutely shameful to ignore the notary about a payment and I had to sacrifice my time and pay 2 witnesses to come out. Never again!

I too would not provide any additional services to this company. I have tried to contact them via phone & emails with not one response and this is totally unacceptable. Notaries are needed and provide excellent services to these companies that need greater monitoring/compliance to make sure we get paid on time according to their payment terms so why is this not being done??? I am thoroughly disgusted with Mobile Notary Zone.

Had I researched this company prior to accepting their request for a notary, I would have refused the job. The experience I had is reflected by notaries and customers alike. Communication is great up until the job is done, then it is silence.
I took a job on 1/9/2026 requiring I bring 2 witnesses and scan the documents back after completion. I completed the job to their satisfaction, It passed their QA and they closed the job. 4 months later and I am still waiting to be paid. I have called multiple times and left voice messages, I have emailed multiple times and I have made multiple comments on the case through the Snapdocs platform. All have been ignored.
This is one company I will not take another job from because I have worked for free, providing witnesses and scanbacks. To rephrase that, I paid for travel time, gas and paid for witnesses, so essentially I have paid them to do a job for them WOW! Not even the courtesy of a thank you.

I completed a trust signing for Mobile Notary Zone on two different occasions. I was required to bring two witnesses, which I paid out of pocket. As I received these two different signings, they were great at communicating. I did as they asked, confirmed with client that we were scheduled at such and such time, has my witnesses, and scanned all documents requested. I drove several miles for the first signing and not too far for the second. I was told I would be paid within 30 days. It has been since March 2026 that I did the first signing and April since the 2nd signing. I have yet to be paid for either. I am owed $200.00. all communications have stopped, no response by email or phone. I contacted Snapdocs and was advised since Mobile Notary Zone was not a vendorpay, then basically I was on my own collecting the money. I was also advised to block them. I am still in hopes this company does the right thing and treats their notaries the way they would want their clients to be treated.

I completed a trust signing for Mobile Notary Zone on 2/27/2026, which required that I bring two witnesses. Before the start of the signing, their communication was excellent—they sent emails promptly and responded to my inquiries. Following their instructions, I contacted the client ahead of time to confirm the appointment date and time. On the day of the signing, I arrived with my two witnesses, and the client was very pleasant and professional, allowing us to complete the job efficiently.
The typical turnaround time for some third-party notary companies is usually 30 days. However, as of today, I have not received payment. Additionally, they have not responded to any of my multiple phone calls, emails, or comments on Snapdocs regarding payment. I have worked with them in the past, and they were always responsive and paid on time. This delay and lack of communication are quite concerning.
Given the circumstances, it is disappointing to see such a drastic change in their business practices. The lack of response suggests either internal issues or disregard for their notaries, both of which are unacceptable. Timely payment and consistent communication are crucial for maintaining trust and professionalism in this industry. This experience has made me reconsider any future engagements with Mobile Notary Zone, as reliability is paramount when choosing companies to work with. As of this writing, I would not recommend working for Mobile Notary Zone.

I successfully completed two signing assignments for this company with professionalism, accuracy, and within the required timeframe. The client was satisfied, and the files were closed without issue. However, despite fulfilling my obligations in full, payment has not been received.

What is most concerning is not just the non-payment; but the complete lack of communication and accountability. I have made multiple attempts to contact their accounting and vendor management teams through calls and emails, all of which have gone unanswered.

This level of disregard for notary professionals is unacceptable. As independent contractors, we rely on timely and transparent payment practices and this company has failed to meet even basic professional standards.

At this point, the situation reflects poor business practices and a lack of integrity in vendor relationships.

I strongly advise other notaries and signing agents to proceed with caution before accepting assignments from Mobile Notary Zone.

Trust & Will offers a notary service on its website for $180 dollars for a mobile notary and two witnesses. You prepay for the service. I paid for the service, and the company was not able to provide the notary. The service does not tell you they do not have someone to send to you, and they string you along for a week looking for a notary and don't have one. And then they don't mention refunding the person. So I had to work hard to get a refund. The service is sold on Trust & Will's website and Trust & Will makes the customer the offer for a notary and two witness services. I made a post about it. Trust & Will did three different things to have the post removed. They asked for more information, and was notified if I do not give the information, my review would be considered false. I contacted Trust & Will and showed them my receipts. I proved to Trust & Will that my review is not fake. Then, Trust and Will called me to try to get me to take the review down. I think customers should know that if you pay the $180 in the Trust & Will website for a notary, that you very well may not get a notary and the company on the Trust & Will website will not want to refund you.
