Same day service

My dad dropped his phone when my parents were visiting and we were able to get it fixed on the same day within a very reasonable timeframe. The assistant was very helpful and gave us accurate (given that he also had to attend to other customers while fixing the phone) timescales for how long we had to wait. I'd be happy to go back.

Honest and helpful

The young man in the Beeston shop is always knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful and gives me the customer confidence.
My recent visit to the shop was not the first and will almost certainly not be the last, it is a pleasure to deal buy from this guy, Thank you. 040

I trust the service

I trust the service, advice & customer care alway provided, they are great & so helpful & polite, I've been using them since I discovered them a few years ago & I would highly recommend then. Good value for money & prompt service.

Fantastic service

💯recommend this company came from Oxford to visit family when iPad screen cracked excellent service the hole way through starting with the phone enquiry to the repair same day!

What great service

What great service, very prompt at carrying out the repairs on a iPad. An hour after taking it in I got a text saying ready to pick up, kept me in-informed and good price very happy👏👍
