Due to a recent iOS update, a significant proportion of our members with iPhones were experiencing issues staying connected to our Wi-Fi, which affected their ability to access our App and thus gain access through our entry systems. With little to no mobile signal, members could not use their mobile signal either!

Within 2 weeks of placing the order, Mobile Signal Solutions installed a digital mobile signal booster system that now provides a strong 4G signal across all networks in all areas of our facility. Our members are now enjoying seamless and frictionless access!

The device worked well and has been a great benefit to our family, very grateful to Mobile Signal Solutions for their help.

Since 3G started being phased out by Vodafone from February 2024, we were suddenly impacted by that transition from the 1st September 2024 in our business region. We have been a Vodafone customer for over 25 years going back to the days of GSM pre-smartphones.

We're located on the foothill of an industrial estate where signal is not the best but 3G Signal was naturally our failover and served its purpose over the last 12 years of operating in the area.

Whilst Vodafone did claim to have carried out some remedial measures at the nearest mobile mast to improve stability for our postcode area, the lack of 3G would still leave us with lacklustre 4G signal until… Mobile Signal Solutions.

We reached out to them via email from their website and within 2 hours I was chatting with Colin and arranged a Site Survey.

The Survey revealed a Lack in Band 20 and Band 8 signal strength and we were operating around the -120dBm Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI). Which is over and above the optimum RSSI for Vodafone.

Further to the site Survey, we received all documentation in an accurate, clear and concise pack by email, including the full Survey Report, information about their Company, the systems they use and their adherence to Ofcom Regulations along with a separate Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) which included all detail and photographic information captured from Colins Survey.

On the date of Installation, their Installer Adam carried out the work without hiccup and demonstrated the gains that had been made from just the first Amplifier whilst on initial test.

Once fully completed, tests proved that we had made a net gain of up to -30dBm rendering our RSSI now down to as low as -90 to -95dBm in our office Building which is up to -15dBm lower than the current recommended RSSI for Vodafone.

We now have full bar on our Mobile Phones all around the office and no drop-outs. 5G reception is also boosted thanks to band 8 amplification.

We are overall, highly satisfied with the service that we have received from Mobile Signal Solutions end to end.

Mobile Signal Solutions have been a great support on a very complex project in scope for one of four very large colleges in London.

From start to finish, working with Mobile Signal Solutions (MSS) has been great. One of our golf clubhouses had no mobile signal inside the building, but a signal survey report carried out by the MSS team put my mind at ease that a solution was possible. From survey, to planning, to implementation, everything MSS did was first class and gave me the confidence that they were the correct company to deliver the quality of solution expected at the Home Of Golf.

Working with MSS has been a pleasure. From first communication via email to the end of project feedback it’s been brilliant. The onsite engineer who came to carry out the install did a very neat and tidy job and completed the work under the original time scale given to us. Will hopefully work with MSS again in the not so distance future on more projects. Adam was a credit to the company arrived prompt and was very professional while on our clients site.

The Hi10 4 S pro signal booster works very well and is very easy to install once you know where the cables are going it’s only a matter of plugging the device in.

I was very happy with Dave and Colin communication and advise both before and after the purchase.
There after sale service was very good they will help and sort any issues or questions you may have.
