Friendly polite customer service. Very helpful and arranged a replacement part repair within 48 hours at a reasonable cost.

I went to get my phone fixed the phone came back looking brand new…Nomi gave me a reasonable price and he can be trusted as I left my phone for days there.

Sent out incorrect product and when I returned it they never refunded me, cowboys - would not deal with this crowd again.

This man was very very kind and did a great job on my phone , very pleasant and friendly gives very good prices I highly recommend to go here if problems with your cellular divice

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Went back with my phone as the screen protector had peeld off. One guy said he would replace it then another guy came to me and asked for proof of purchase and blamed the phone cover for peeling it off. Will never buy anything there again. Buyer beware!

Went for a screen replacement, got a dodgy screen. Complained and got another screen but it wasn't official likevi paid for and had ghost touching issues, so I went through my insurance instead who agreed the screen wasn't legit and he voided a warranty. Without telling me as well. Absolutely shocking

They falsely sell cases and don't get back to you ever. You will never get a refund. The worst on the net. Just money stolen no doubt. A very bad company give them a huge miss.

On 6 Sept 2023 I ordered what I thought was a Samsung Galaxy S8 Otterbox Case from Mobiletech. The case arrived but it didn't fit my phone. I noticed that the box was labelled Samsung Galaxy S8+. I checked the invoice and it did state that it was an S8+ case. I had not realised this at the time of purchase.
I then noticed that the Otterbox was in a plastic inner holder that had been cut. This inner holder was loose and not glued in to the cardboard cover, although there were glue marks on the inner holder and cardboard cover. I took the whole thing to my local phone shop and was told the Otterbox is not for a Galaxy phone at all, but for an iPhone Pro Max. They said it seemed that the Otterbox had been placed into a Galaxy carboard cover. I emailed Mobiletech on 15 Sept to ask for a refund if I returned the case, but to date have not received a reply. I had to buy another cover and am out of pocket by €34.99 I was disappointed as I have dealt with Mobiletech before and found their service very good. I would like to return the Otterbox and receive a refund from this company.

Friendly professional service, very reasonable prices. I bought an earpiece, which the guy set up for me, making sure I understood how it worked. Put a screen protector on my phone.

l ordered a phone case from this company on 22 May 2023. The 'new' phone case arrived with marks and stains all over it. I returned the item by post on 25 May and requested a refund via email. I have been mailing the business ever since as I have yet to receive my refund. It is now 10 Jun.

Not only have I yet to receive a refund but the level of communication from this ‘business’ is extremely poor. After two weeks of mailing them, I was finally told I would be refunded on 09 Jun however to no surprise that has not happened.

I have been left with no option but to contact my bank to request a chargeback. This blatant lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping from this business whatsoever.

Received my fab phone cover from this company yesterday along with a screen saver. I e-mailed them straight away to say they had sent me the wrong screensaver. Imagine my surprise to receive the correct screensaver less than 24 hrs after sending the e-mail. That to me is excellent customer service. I will certainly deal with this company again.

This company provided an excellent service Arif Siddi took the time to email me after spotting my order had 2 items similar but for different size phones, if it not for his diligence I would have received an incorrect order through my own mistake. Superior customer service recieved
