Great service

Great service. I called the customer services to check out the VAT process and was very pleased with their help. Placed my order for a wheelchair and it arrived the next day... What more could you want? Oh! the price was also very competitive. Thanks

Good company but be warned about lack of delivery info

Delivery was quite rapid and customer team were very helpful. However, DPD do not keep you updated on the tracking, apparently you have to do that yourself.

UPDATE: Thank you for confirming that you have now found the item in your home and another family member had taken it in.

I have just looked into your order. We have a Proof of Delivery for this item being delivered by DPD on Thursday 30th November at 14:34. I am awfully sorry that you feel you have not received it yet. On the DPD tracking the delivery time and a photo is provided. I will surely contact the courier in the morning. We had no idea this had not been delivered until your message as our systems show a completed delivery with a photo and signature.

We will look into this and revert back to you in the morning.
