Great Scooter, Good Price and Excellent Customer Service
Great choice of scooters at competitive prices and superb customer service: telephone calls are answered quickly and also returned when promised, emails/general enquiries are responded to swiftly, and when I asked if I could have the scooter within a few days next day delivery was arranged.
I ordered the Motion Healthcare Lithilite as I needed a scooter I could transport in my car - it's very simple and quick to disassemble/reassemble and the pieces are light enough for me to easily lift into my car boot. Despite its light weight, it has a great size padded seat and has all round suspension so it's comfortable enough to use all day, unlike many lightweight models. Everything was as advertised and it even came with a month's free insurance. I'm delighted with it.
There was initially a little issue on delivery but this was rectified extremely quickly and efficiently by the team and they resolved all my queries, even my little nobble(! - thank you Rob ð) very satisfactorily. I would definitely purchase from Mobility Scooters Plus again and highly recommend them.

Father died 3 days after return period, scooter never used, Company would not refund, buy back or offer any help at all
Despite describing themselves as 'a family run business who take pride in their customer service' this company has zero compassion. My dad died unexpectedly before being able to actually use his brand new scooter. As he had it for 17 days (a measly 3 days over the return period) this company have refused to help my mother in any way at all, leaving her with a bill she cannot afford and a scooter she cannot use. What sort of customer service is that?! Clearly only bothered about their financial gain with no care towards their customers whatsoever.

I have used Mobility Plus on five occasions over the past 10 years, mainly because designs have improved and and overall weights have reduced. When I have had problems with a scooter the issues have been resolved quickly and successfully.

From my first phone call to ask about the scooter I received friendly, efficient advice. Only slight glitch was the delivery which just arrived - I had asked to be informed as to when this would be. Luckily I was near home at the time. When I couldn't charge the batteries, we had an email exchange until I could! All done, in a friendly, kind and efficient manner!

Heartless Company
Excellent scooter. Unfortunately my husband died this morning shortly after receiving it and before he had a chance to use it. I was refused a refund because he had had it for 17 days. The cut off for return is 14 days. Iâm now left with a scooter I donât need and a credit agreement I canât pay. Heartless doesnât begin to describe this company!

The Kymco K-Lite Comfort Scooter is fantastic with all round suspension it's like driving a Tesla!!! This is my 4th mobility scooter and i'm so glad that i took so much time reading and researching what's out there. The only drawback for me is the fact the scooter does not have lights as I use my scooter day and night. Also, the hand controls took a little getting used to as previous models it was the reverse layout. From the first point of contact I was put at ease and didn't feel like the company just wanted a quick sale. A big "Thank You" to Paul and team.

A mainly positive experience
Very helpful replying to a query I had before purchasing, which led to me being happy to buy from this company.
I've knocked one star off only because of the lack of communication afterwards. My scooter was dispatched really quickly but I didn't receive an email to let me know, so the first I knew of it was when I received a call from the courier attempting to deliver it while I was away from home. Redelivery had to be arranged for the following week.
Despite this I'd be happy to purchase from Mobility Scooters Plus again in the future.

Lack of communication
The scooter took over a month to arrive due to difficulties in a third party company providing the puncture proof tyres.
The staff which I talked to over the phone and the delivery driver were very clear and professional.
Special thanks to Chris and Paul.
However I can only give a 2 star rating because the communication to let me know what was going on was non existent as the few times I spoke to them was only after I had to make the call or left a message for a call back.
Only one single email to say payment received and nothing after that.
The scooter itself is 5 stars but the lack of communication and time it took to arrive made a lot of difference even though nice company to do business with.
