Purchased a Roma Reno seat riser from MSP and found them to be very quick and efficient in handling my order. The price was as good as their competitors and better than most others. When I unexpectedly needed a mobility scooter I searched online and my local suppliers. Mobility Scooters Plus provided all the information I needed. Website clear, easy to use, excellent customer service and spoke with a person. Professional delivery by the company, kept in contact with me, arrived as planned, all set to go and I was out and about on the scooter within one hour.

Can't speak highly enough of the team. From start to finish every question asked was answered and explained. Delivery was excellent and I'm now enjoying the Atto sport max. If I need anything in the future I will certainly come back. Thank you for everything.

I was interested in the Atto Sport for when I am travelling.
The company was very helpful and answered all my concerns and questions.
The Atto was delivered as arranged and lots of time was spent showing us how it worked, folded down into 2 parts and transported in a vehicle.
Would definitely deal with this company again.

Called to ask for advice and was given all the info I needed. Was quoted with 5 working days (give or take 1 day) and the powered wheelchair was delivered in 4 working days.

Decided to skimp out and get free delivery, however be warned that this is kerbside delivery. I.e. you will need to be prepared with 2 strong people to carry the box. (This model weighed about 95kg, too much for 1 person to manage).

If you cannot organise for 2 people to carry the box from the kerb to your door, paying for Accompanied Delivery is the way to go.

Delivery preformance excellent as Sapphire 2 was delivered in 2 days (not the 3-5 days quoted). Had to take it out of the cardboard box & assemble it (but that was a good exercise since it was the opposite of re-assembly, which I needed to learn anyhow). Had a small question about the batteries, which was answered correctly by Paul from his obvious personal knowledge. It is now being used regularly without any problems.

This was an exceptional experience. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything about the scooter was explained to me so I had no doubt as to how to use it. Having such a light scooter which folds by remote control is an additional bonus. It has certainly given me a different quality of life. Thank you so much.

Unlike some companies in the Disability Market that
,loudly proclaim, their caring approach, yet fail to practise it, Mobility Plus go out of their way to help and advise. Through no fault of theirs i had to return [regretfully] a disability scooter which just would not traverse a difficult Z shaped corridor. All the staff were excellent and they collected the scooter in a few days. Without a doubt i will buy from them again as i felt really comfortable dealing with a nice group of people. I respectfully suggest that they are well worth your consideration.

Recently ordered a Mobility Scooter from Mobility Scooters Plus. Great service from ordering online to receipt of scooter. Phoned company with a couple of questions and all answered with complete knowledge. Their prices are far less than any walk-in stores. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I absolutely love my Atto Sport. I’ve been out today for the first time and feel like I have a new lease of life. I’m waiting for my seat cover, which will make it more comfortable for my bony back, though Richard had told me this before hand.

I’m not sure how I’ll manage folding and getting about travelling, though I’m sure I’ll manage and find someone to help :-).

We have dealt with Paul at Mobility Scooters Plus on several occasions over the past few years as my father's health has gradually deteriorated. He has supplied him with a mobility scooter, a Cabin car, a reclining chair and, most recently, a powered wheelchair. We have always received the best service you could wish for from all the staff at Mobility Scooters Plus and my Dad has developed a wonderful friendship with Paul who has always been the person who has delivered and set up the equipment we have purchased.
