The worst company i have ever had to deal with! Please do not work with them! I have been struggling for months to transfer my battery lease as they still try get money out of me despite not owning the car and giving all relevant information to the company for them to complete the transfer. When i call im speaking to someone completely different every time who has no idea what is going on and never helps resolve the situation, this is only when i can get hold of someone! PLEASE STAY CLEAR

I expected a charge for rescheduling but not that much. On hold for hours to speak to anyone, no clear communication on how to go about arranging the collection. Was sent a letter to say I would hear from them to arrange and when I didnât had to go on the portal to try and find out how to sort it. Horrible company. I wanted to extend the hire as I love the car but canât deal with this company again

Illegal and criminal con behavior within Renting department - at least in Spain⊠you agree to pay their FULL insurance of a crazy 1200⬠per year just so everything is covered and you have no complications⊠at the FIRST insurance claim all these exclusions and surprise clauses (not present at all in the renting agreement) start to pop up (they say a rodent damage was caused to the vehicle and is not covered by FULL insurance) and all of a sudden you are supposed to be spending astronomical amounts on repairs of THEIR car on THEIR name⊠weeks and weeks with no car to go to work and they still charge you the monthly payments with no car you can use (a substitution vehicle is a lie as well), asking more money from you for repairsâŠthe very rude lady on the phone said they donât even have a claim opened for the number plate since they wouldnât even contact their insurance company because a rat getting into one of their cars is my negligence!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS if you donât want a ruin because it looks like âyour negligenceâwill be paying for everything ⊠our lawyers had a good laugh about the renting contract as it did not even stipulate any exclusions from the insurance, neither was the insurance contract provided upon signature therefore never agreed to⊠as advised by our lawyers, we will first very quickly exhaust the extrajudicial ways of mediation so we can take them to court.

Pésima atención al cliente, por no decir que inexistente, imposible hablar con una persona, siempre todo a través de e-mail.
Además de los problemas que hemos tenido a la hora de hacer las revisiones de mantenimiento y cambio de neumáticos, por la falta de talleres adheridos a esta compañÃa y problemas de pago de ellos con los talleres (por lo comentado por el jefe de taller donde acudÃamos a realizar las reparaciones).
Ahora que hemos devuelto, por fin de contrato de renting, un renault Kadjar, y después de un peritaje claramente a favor de Mobilize, tenemos que pagar mas de 1.000 ⬠por daños en el interior del vehÃculo, daños que son claramente del uso del vehÃculo (asientos desgastados, pequeños roces en las molduras, etc).
Imposibilidad de poder negociar con ellos este cargo adicional, ademas de amenazarnos con meternos en un fichero de impagados si no atendemos el pago de la factura de fin de contrato.
LAMENTABLE, no recomendamos esta compañÃa a ninguna persona que este interesada en un renting.
Actúan de forma "mafiosa" y unilateral, sin opción a replica por parte del cliente.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I waited a full month for my vehicle collection, only for it to be refused because of a missing Type 2 charging cable â a cable I was never given when I received the car and which isnât even listed on my order form. Now Iâve been told I have to wait another month for a new collection date.
This has caused unnecessary stress and disruption, and Iâve even been warned it could happen again. Completely unacceptable.
Customer service was equally disappointing. The representative I spoke to didnât seem to understand the issue, despite me explaining it multiple times.
Iâve done everything required of me, yet Iâm facing long delays over something that was never supplied in the first place. Extremely frustrating and very poorly handled.
My advice would be do not get a PCP, explore the loan option instead.

Perhaps the worst company I have ever had the experience to have had dealings with. The lack of customer care and lack of coordination really surprised me. The themes that I would write about are covered in other reviews. Kind of wish I knew about this before I took out finance with them.
Avoid this company if at all possible!
I bought a car from Renault who went through this finance company. At the end of the agreement there was either a charge to keep the car or I could return it. I decided to return it and this is where the problems began. The car was collected but I received numerous letters stating that I was in arrears for the settlement amount. I rang their customer services and was told to ignore the letters. After receiving another letter I decided to email. I would urge anyone in the same situation to not bother ringing, and to go direct to email. They emailed back a couple of days later and told me they had "reviewed my case" and there was a small charge relating to a damaged alloy outstanding and failure to pay it would negatively impact my credit report! I had never been made aware of this charge and there was no apology for the appalling handling of my case. Not impressed with this company at all and would advise anyone considering using them to go elsewhere.

I would not touch these with a barge pole, i was mis-sold the original agreement,they tried to charge for missing services and excess mileage, the services were complete and I had paid extra for additional mileage, sent all the information as proof and still got the same original bill back, Eventually apologised and cleared account. Never again !!!

Pésima atención al cliente, largos tiempo de espera, falta de empatÃa y desprecio por la atención el cliente.
Nunca más con ésta financiera y nunca más con el grupo Renault y menos con Dacia... será por marcas que si cuidan al cliente.
Acaban de perder un comprador, y eso que era el segundo Dacia que compró en 4 años.
Le doy una estrella porque no se pueden dar cero
Contraté una financiación con RCI Banque (actualmente Mobilize Financial Services) para la compra de mi coche, ya que se me ofreció un descuento de 1.650 ⬠condicionado a financiar con esta entidad.
Tras abonar las cuotas durante un año y medio, decidà realizar una cancelación anticipada de la financiación, cuya duración inicial era de 3 años. En ese momento se me informó de que la cancelación implicaba la devolución Ãntegra del descuento aplicado en la compra del vehÃculo.
Dicha condición figura en el contrato, pero únicamente reflejada en una nota dentro del anexo correspondiente al plan de amortización, sin que fuera explicada de forma clara, destacada ni comprensible en el momento de la firma.
En mi experiencia, el descuento está sujeto a condiciones que no resultan evidentes para el cliente medio y que pueden suponer un coste significativo en caso de amortización anticipada. Recomiendo leer detenidamente todo el contrato y sus anexos antes de firmar una financiación con esta entidad.

Verkeerde en teveel bkr registraties en na einde contract worden bkr registraties gewoon niet gestopt. Ben maanden bezig om mijn bkr beëindigd te krijgen.

Really didn't want to have to leave this review but SO unbelievably disappointed with this company.
The people I've spoken to on the phone have actually been very friendly and helpful but I fear that this is just an exceptional illusion of caring about customers.
For almost two months now I've been without my car (that I'm still making payments to Mobilize for) because of a manufacturer defect that the manufacturer and dealership (Vertu Renault Bradford) refuse to take ownership of and help me with.
I thought Mobilize would be able to help (given their potential joint liability under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974) and my case handler, James, initially seemed very keen to help. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
I have received ONE email from him despite emailing him evidence, concerns and updates from my case. Once I referenced the Consumer Credit Act, he has gone completely silent on me and is refusing to answer my emails.
I was also told that he had passed on my details to the dealership and was working with them to make things right. The General Manager told me that Mobilize had passed on no information.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company and this whole operation. I do not understand how companies can do this to people and get away with it.
I am currently preparing a case for the Financial Ombudsman.
They cannot continue to treat people this way.

Para un segundo de prenda, nos dieron opción de elegir que tipo de seguro en que compañÃa, pero cuando lo hicieron tomaron otra cosa. A pesar de multiples reclamos, no responden, no dejan adjuntar documentación que demuestra el error, no te comparten la información, un desastre

If possible I would award them no star! I can't believe this Company is still trading.They changed the name to mobilize from RCI Finance I do wonder if the reputation problems triggered this.
Attempting to contact anybody sensible is impossible you are passed from one "team" to another after listening to music for at least 20 mins each time.Avoid them at all costs!

So, ended up paying full price at charging stations despite having paid monthly subscription for the card!! And Ended up not being able to use remaining £60 on card.
Complained to Mobilize customer service and they are useless! Said they would âinvestigateâ but then ignore follow up contacts about your complaint.

Do not use this company. Lease car has developed a serious fault meaning it is in the garage for many weeks. Mobilize don't/won't provide a loan vehicle but still want paying.
