Hi Kandi. We apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. Our product is an expensive line of credit and is designed to be a short-term solution to financial hardships. Discounts are available to customers who maintain a good payment history. Please call our customer support line at 877-836-1518 so that an agent can explain the fees schedule to you and discuss options available for your account.

Was not clear on payment terms, payment schedule, or interest. Has to be borderline illegal as there was no clear disclosures to be reviewed like other lenders provide. Would not recommend.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. Mobiloans is an online company, as a result, all transactions take place online. Applications are submitted and reviewed in electronic format. When the application "Sign Here" box is checked during the application process, the applicant is signifying that the agreement disclosures provided constitutes an electronic signature. This indicates your commitment to pay, etc. You can find payment information in your statement and also in the "my account section" of your online account.
Payments can be found in the terms and conditions section of your application. Under the Mobiloans “Terms & Conditions” section, within the “Disclosures,” customers are advised that the MobiLoans line of credit features two (2) billing cycles per month, resulting in two (2) payments due each month. Also in this section, it specifically details our cash advance fees and finance charges and how they are applied to customer accounts. There is a Fixed Finance Charge incurred each billing cycle you have an unpaid balance. Mobiloans does not offer interest rates. We rely on our customers to fully read and understand the terms they are agreeing to before accepting funds. Please give us a call at 877-836-1518 and a member of our Customer Support team can assist with additional questions or concerns you may have regarding your account.
