Used service as one off to locate a missing phone. Didn’t know that by using the advertised service costing around $2.35NZD on 4/7/26 that they would deduct sub of $85 the day after!!!! Another payment went out of credit card today 2/8/26 of $85 before we noticed. Why would we pay $170 to use their service once; to find a missing phone????? What a rip off!!!! Have requested immediate cancellation and waiting on response. Learned lesson to make sure we read everything on web ad before using advertised service. Was sucked in by the bold type used in ad that it would only cost $2.35NZD!
