Moby Move Dublin Bike Sharing.

Unreliable bikes. Unreliable app. You will be unfairly charged.

Moby Move Dublin Bike Sharing are happy to take your money.
They are taking your money while the sluggish app is unlocking the bike. They are taking your money while the app is finishing the ride.
If you unlock a bike with the app and discover that the physical lock is jammed they will take your money.
If you start a ride and the motor is not working they will take your money.
If they don't like the photo you took at the end of the ride they will charge you €30 euro.
Sometimes the app doesn't end the ride and the Moby app eats all your credit.
Don't rely on Moby bikes for getting to work on time. They are simply not reliable.
If you are unhappy with the 'service' it is so difficult to engage with customer service that you will give up and they will keep your money.
You don't have any access to the history of your bike usage.
There is no way within the app to report a faulty bike. If you need to report a faulty bike you will need to make notes yourself: bike number, location, time, date etc.
The sad thing is that when you end a ride on a faulty bike, the bike is sitting there for the next customer to be ripped off.
Most people won't take the trouble to complain.
They must make a lot of money ripping off tourists who will only be in the city for a few days.
At the end of a ride you check a box that entitles Moby to charge you the €30 penalty. If they don't like the photo you took they will charge the €30 penalty. If you complain about the penalty they will send you a screenshot of the disclaimer checkbox. End of.
Beware of this company.
To join up you are giving them permission to take your money. You will spend more time waiting on the app than cycling. You will pay for bikes that don't work. They will keep your money. If you think they have unfairly charged you - best of luck.
The app is unreliable.
The bikes are unreliable.
Customer service is poor.
The company is dishonest.
