Fuyez c’est une arnaque, j’aurais dû lire les commentaires avant de commander. Vous ne recevrez pas de coque, publicité mensongère et je ne comprends pas comment ce site peut etre encore actif sur plusieurs plateformes. J’ai perdu mon argent bêtement !!

Ordinato il 6 agosto una cover COSTOSISSIMA mettendo pure spedizione veloce e ad oggi non è arrivato nulla... dal link che avevo in mail non posso più accedere al tracking e entrando dal sito non figura nessun ordine... non buttate via i vostri soldi son solo truffatori...

Worst company for communication. They are scammers. Ordered one week ago no tracking information on shop. Communication on email says we are sorry customer we will send another case as a gift. Unfortunately still waiting for confirmation via email. Do not purchase from them.

I bought the Pokémon iPhone case with MagSafe from monacophonecase.com for 33euros later on I bought the same case from temu for 2.5 euros and it was exactly the same.this site just robbed me with a more luxurious site.stay away.

It’s literally just a cheap printout onto a case. Literally a ripoff.

Do not order from here the case is a scam they’re overpriced two dollar cases!!! try to return the case and they want you to ship it back to China from the US. You gotta be kidding me they ship it from the United States but they want you to send it back for an exorbitant fee back to China. obviously they don’t want to give you your money back.

J'ai acheté une coque de téléphone le 11/05/2025 sur le site mocacophonecase.com Le site semble très bien conçu et est entièrement en français, ce qui m'a inspiré confiance.

Cependant, le produit a mis presque un mois à arriver, et je me suis rendu compte, via le numéro de suivi, qu'il était expédié depuis la Chine. Le produit reçu ne correspondait pas du tout aux images du site, qui semblent être retouchées. Une vraie arnaque.

Après de nombreux échanges par email, le site a accepté que je retourne la coque pour obtenir un remboursement, mais l'adresse de retour se trouve en Chine. Je suis très déçu. J'avais pensé soutenir un marché local et éviter la fast fashion chinoise, mais je suis tombé dans un piège.

Je me retrouve à payer des frais de port bien trop élevés pour retourner un article qui coûte 10 fois plus cher que des produits similaires sur des plateformes comme Shein ou TEMU.

Je déconseille fortement ce site

Ho fatto un’ordine in data 3 maggio 2025 e ancora ad oggi non è stato ancora spedito. Ho fatto diverse e-mail al servizio clienti e mi diceva di pazientare ancora un po’ visto ci sono stati troppi ordini nel magazzino, allora ho deciso di annullare l’ordine visto è in ritardo. Da lì non mi ha più risposto nonostante ho fatto diverse segnalazioni ma niente…attenzione ormai è una truffa

This guys are full on scamming people in the name of phone case. I placed order on 18th April and still it shows the item is in transit somewhere in china or honkong. Everytime i email them, they responds but never says my ETA on delivery and the tracking number provided by them doesn’t even work at all. Its already been more than 12 days and still no updates on delivery.

Please be careful and do not order anything from these scammers.

Good luck if you buy from these guys. You won’t get any kind of confirmation or ability to cancel your order. You will have no idea if/when they will ship your order, and when you do get your order, it won’t be what they describe it as. That’s what happened to me, and I’m fairly certain that’s how they run their business so it’ll happen to you.

Unfortunately I have to put 1 star. If it was possible I’d wouldn’t give them any stars. This company is a joke and a total scam. Waited over a month for a phone case and it was lost. They wouldn’t refund me or try to make it right what so ever. They kept giving me excuse like maybe someone in your family got it or the post office might have it. The post office has zero records of the tracking they use. Now they don’t respond to any of the 5 emails I’ve sent them. Don’t give these people your money or business. I hope they get what they deserve.
