ordered a cardigan from them, there was a delay but i was happy to wait for it. they did offer a refund it i wanted to cancel but i didnt. was gonna right a review earlier but forgot. they are a good company and have good customer service. just keep in mind that you may be waiting a while for pre-orders but its worth it. quality is wonderful.

I didn't know I was looking for Mochipan til I found it. Getting to know their actual designers behind the clothes has been a privilge I didn't expect.

I own the Orchard Romper, Starry Night Crop & Starry Night short skirt. Excellent quality all around. I also have a few pre-orders expected later this year..

Basically after one purchase they caught me by the wallet

The sweater I received is exactly as represented: soft, vibrant, and beautifully made. The design is actually knitted with multi-colored yarns, not just printed on the visible side of the fabric like so many companies seem to do these days.
Because this is a slow-fashion brand that works largely in pre-orders, it is important that customers are mindful of stated lead times; but if you're willing to be patient and wait for your items to arrive you'll almost definitely be thrilled with what you receive.

The clothes are good. They are the only reason this order is not getting 1 star.

Quality wise Mochi is great. I bought the Cecropia Moth Cardigan and have had no concerns with the quality of the product. I CANNOT say the same about customer service, reliability, or handling.

Do not trust the deadlines they give. Many items that were meant to go out October of 2025 have been pushed back to summer or fall of 2026. I waited MONTHS for my moth cardigan and almost had it stolen when it did arrive. They use the worst possible shipping service and have little to 0 communication with the shipping service or you throughout the process.

Customer service is also terrible. They'd rather stalk themselves on reddit and here on trustpilot than actually respond to customer emails.

Do NOT spend the HUNDREDS of dollars Mochipan costs for shitty service and handling.

Such beautiful garments and ideas, bought two cardigans -Moth/Butterfly and a Starry Night jacket and honestly, one of the best purchases I've made!

Frustrating but adequate? The dress itself is lovely, very comfy and the fitting details were described accurately. Not sure why the restock date got pushed back 5 times (over 6 months) later, transparency and over promising specific dates seems to be a persistent issue.

The customs declaration did blatantly lie about the value of the dress.

Overall just a frustrating experience

I had an order get canceled despite preordering due to lack of availability in my chosen size. Following this, I was told of a future restock date, which never occurred. I want to trust this company due to all the positive reviews, but I have not had positive experiences myself. They seemingly also NEVER restock old items.

I love Mochipan so much! I finally bought an item (the Higanbana bag) and it's so perfect! It's a shoulder bag so it's relatively small, but it still has plenty of space for any items I want to bring for quick outings. It came in an adorable Higanbana Lily patterned drawstring bag that I've given to my sibling. The buckles on the front are actually just decorative magnetic clasps which is really nice and easy to quickly open and reach in (no awkward fumbling for my wallet in front of the cashier, yay! :p) I could go on forever about how much I love this bag! My only note is that I found the measurements on the website a bit odd, they're perfectly accurate, but the switch from cm to in confused me. I was actually thinking the bag was too big at first until I saw it was in cm and not in. Not really a criticism, but just something to note for folks shopping around on the website.

recently bought a black Friday lucky bag and I received a cute luna moth cardigan! It's another piece I'm happy to own! The materiel is completely different than normal everyday wear materiel and I absolutely adore it!! I wear it around my house too just for funsies, it's one of my favorites out of the 3 pieces I own. For sure worth the price for what you're getting <333

Tl;dr: If you like something, buy it without worrying! Just be sure you buy it at the actual site mochipan.com and not at one of the copycat sites and make sure to read the shipping date estimate.

So far, I own 2 jackets (artist & starry night), the garden overalls and one of the moth cardigans and I love all of them sooo much! The quality is amazing, the materials feel very nice and the details are great, they are absolutely worth the price! Don't get scammed by a copycat site offering them for like 20€, the original pieces are worth the higher pricepoint and the fakes just can't compare.

Some pieces take quite a long time to get from design to the point of shipping (I waited ~ a year for the artist jacket), but it's worth the wait and the brand is very transparent about timelines and delays, just don't buy preorder or pre-sample-preorder things if you need them at a specific date, stick to regular in-stock items for that. I also absolutely love the creative designs and that people are able to give feedback during the design process by the posts of samples on social media!

The customer service is also great, they are very nice and super helpful if you have any trouble, just contact them!

Full recommendation, I am already planning to buy another moth cardigan very soon and have my eyes on several designs to hopefully buy this year too! ❤

Mochipan has been a business that I have gone back to for a good while now, and everytime I have bought from them they have not disappointed. The quality on all their pieces is stunning, and the love and craftsmanship can be felt in every piece. Big shoutout to the higanbana set specifically. I'm biased because it was my first purchase, but the double slit skirt is killer!

I mean it when I say Mochipan has given me the confidence to love my body and embrace my natural beauty. The whimsical designs and willingness to make pieces brimming with colourful and eye-catching patterns is always appreciated. And their customer service team is incredibly responsive, always responding to me in a timely and orderly fashion. All in all, I can safely say I've had nothing but positive experiences with Mochipan and I look forward to continuing to support them in their future releases.

I've gotten a few of their pins and a jacket. Both have completed made my day everytime I get them in the mail. The quality it really good and the designs are always so cute. Anytime I've had a problem with hd order or shipping the owner immediately gets back to me about what can be done and we find a solution.

I've been a big supporter of Mochipan for a couple of years now. I think at this point I have almost 20 items from her! I've gotten everything I've ordered with the expectation that some things may take awhile - Mochipan does not hide this fact. It's a small business after all so having some patience is important - it's always a process for Mochipan to make sure the product is quality and accurate. If you sign up for the newsletter everything is very transparent with the progress of stuff. And it's worth the wait! And any questions I've had have been answered satisfactorily and promptly.

But let's get to the most important part - everything I've ordered has either lived up to or exceeded my expectations. I get SO many compliments. She really takes time to consider all body types - nothing feels weird or ill fitting. Every time I wear a Mochipan piece out I feel a little bit of whimsy in my life. Also I think nearly all of the stuff I've bought is easy to care for - no need to bring to a dry cleaner. The quality of everything has been great.

I look forward to supporting Mochipan more! I've seen some sneak peaks of upcoming stuff and omg I am so excited.

I was having some issues with an order I had placed and the Mochipan team was able to assist me promptly, getting me an update and assigning my ticket almost immediately to the support staff.

After receiving my products they all fit amazingly and were extremely high quality. Absolutely amazing store!

I ordered two in-stock items and one pre-sample pre-order item at the end of October. It was super easy and fast to get my order split so that the in-stock items can ship to me ahead of time. Customer service was both thorough and super approachable. Since then, I have found it super easy to ask other questions about upcoming product launches, pre-orders, and restocks and I've received relatively timely and well communicated responses every time.

Of what I have received so far, the products themselves have been of a really high quality, matching my expectations for the price of the goods. The fabrics they're made out of being especially comfortable and I expect the items I ordered to last for a long time.

My pre-sample pre-order item has had delays, but those delays have been clearly and openly communicated. I believe it is clear that they do their best to have an open and transparent dialogue about the product development process---showing early product samples, etc. and genuinely taking feedback from customers into account.

Mochipan has been successful in cultivating a really wonderful community who are excited about their products. And, they have managed to consistently deliver satisfactory products (as far as I have researched and interacted with the brand), choosing product quality over quick results which is something that I really respect.

Customer service was incredibly kind and friendly, and responded quickly! I am also very pleased with my order and have gotten many compliments on it :) My friend is obsessed with the shrug I ordered as well, so there is a very real chance of a repeat order in the future...

I have bought several items from Mochipan over the last two years - mainly as gifts for others, but also a moth cardigan and beekini for myself. Overall, the quality of what I've purchased has been fantastic, but the customer service has truly blown me away!

I purchased a lucky bag on Black Friday. I've lost a fair amount of weight over the past year, and on the guidance of Silver, one of their customer service and Discord admin, I selected a size that I felt would suitable for my body's current measurements. Unfortunately when it arrived a week later, two of the three items in the bag didn't fit as intended on my body shape. Note: this is NOT due whatsoever to the *quality* of the product, but simply a difference in the garment's cut and size vs what I'm able to comfortably wear!

Here's where I can't say enough good things: I reached out to them and explained the situation. Not only was the response I received prompt - within 48hrs despite it being a small customer service team and an extremely busy time of year with the holidays - but they were gracious and supportive in how my issue was handled. I was given a return shipping label to send back the items that didn't fit, as well as being refunded the value of the items in the form of credit for their site to be used in future purchases.

The lucky bags created for Black Friday were sold at a strongly discounted price with a guaranteed value of items contained within. They could've simply exchanged what I received for the same product in a different size. Most companies I'm familiar with would have done exactly that. However, they chose instead to offer credit to allow me the opportunity to choose an alternative style if I was so inclined despite the original product being randomly selected. This consideration and generosity does NOT go unnoticed!

Mochipan is a small business that cares not only about the quality of their product but also about the satisfaction of their customers. A huge thanks to Silver, Max, and Rae for their continued efforts to show how consideration and communication within customer service can be for their buyers. 10/10 will continue to support Mochipan!

i've brought from mochipan a number of times and their clothes are always top notch quality. customer service is great - i've never been ghosted and any problems i've had have always been resolved by staff who i have contacted many a time to combine and swap around orders like some sort of shipping houdini (silver is the MVP, everyone say thank you silver)
my one concern is that for some products, particularly the shrugs and fleur dresses, the colour shown on the product listing is not always accurate to the product received. the strawberry picnic bikini in its listing appears reddish pink (personally speaking) whereas it is red with no pink highlights in appearance.

i followed this brand's process/development videos on social media for a long time before buying, and i really appreciated seeing how the sausage was made because it let me see how much emphasis was put during the design process into the feel and flow of the clothes, two things that are especially hard to judge through online shopping and matter a lot to me. i'm someone who does like to spend a bit of money here and there and is working on cutting back, so the business model of getting to see the development over a period of time and anticipate getting to receive a high quality item really worked for me.

the customer support staff are also really personable and friendly! one of my first purchases was the PSPO peacock moth cropped jacket. i was overexcited and forgot to input my first time buyer's gift code. since it was in preproduction, i thought i could just cancel and reorder on my own, but the return portal they have linked to their site operates on the assumption of a received item, so i sent an email to mochipan support to ask about canceling so i could apply the discount. Max responded to me super quickly, and outlined a couple things they could do for me, one of which was just to go into the system themselves and refund the discount to me directly, which was super convenient! (and meant that i kept that original code for later use)

having gotten more involved with the brands social media since then, and joining their patreon, it begets a lot of trust with me to see how forthright they are with their operations, from material acquisition, to shipping logistics, and how adaptive they are when a procedure negatively impacts customers. there's a lot of caring and competent people back there, i see them, and im really looking forward to what they make together

Recently for Black Friday, I ordered a large size lucky bag from Mochipan. I also sent several emails to the Mochipan team to request they exclude several items and though they did not have to, they honored my request and excluded those items from the bag. When I followed up to ensure that they read my request correctly, Silver was quick to respond and explain. I got my bag in good condition and my money's worth for the value bag. The team also provides free shipping for their Patreon members and when I let Silver know that they had not refunded the proper amount, she apologized and got the remaining amount to me. Mochipan's designs and clothing are wonderful and worth the price and their team even more so.
