The quality of the product is good, and the delivery was fast, but for people buying from outside the country (turkey), be aware that you have to pay customs duty, VAT, and fees upon delivery. Since the shipment is handled by DHL, these extra costs are unavoidable. Therefore, I will not buy from here again unless they add another shipping option that avoids these fees.

Only purchase from this site if you are willing to pay the extra fees. I bought a dress for 1000dkk the initial delivery was 180 dkk and i paid around 450dkk of extra fees. I also bought a dress to my mom for i think 1200 dkk, 180 for the initial delivery and then around 700 dkk for the extra fees. Keep in mind this may vary from country to country.

If I can put a zero rating for this online Turkish fashion retailer, I would. I ordered 2 dresses and both don’t match the description. One had wrong sleeve, the sleeve is sewed wrong , is twisted and my right arm doesn’t fit in it. Another one I asked directly if the shoulder is see thru, and they said no, guess what, it’s see thru and now I’m stuck. No exchange not refund. I absolutely don’t recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I wish I found this before I ordered. The customs fees are crazy! And they make u pay for an initial service fee and than don’t disclose the additional dhl customs fee which for me was an additional 100 dollars.

I ordered a dress from Modazehrada, paying a significant amount for the dress itself and a $42 USD delivery fee. Then, out of nowhere, I get a call from DHL demanding an additional customs charge or they won’t deliver my order. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I asked your customer service multiple times about customs fees before placing the order and was told I most likely wouldn’t be charged.

Now, I’m stuck with extra costs that were never disclosed, and with your no refund or exchange policy, I have no recourse. This entire experience has been a scam, and I could’ve purchased two high-quality dresses locally for the same price without the surprise fees. If you’re any where, do yourself a favour and avoid this company — it’s not worth the headache or the hidden costs.

On top of that delivery was delayed multiple days and I had to drive more than an hour and pickup the package myself just because they didn’t deliver it on time and when i asked them for refund of delivery cost the clearly been very unhelpful and said that they can’t do anything. Total disappointment and waste of money for an average quality of a dress that doesn’t worth more than $100 but I ended up paying $400.

Qualité bien mediocre pour le prix payé. Ils disent que les articles passent deux testes de qualité avant d’être expédié et qu’en plus les test sont filmé, soit disant. C'est juste pour ne pas rembourser. J’ai reçu une robe avec des ornements décollé, certain tomber et des fils qui sortes de partout. Pour 200€ la robe et 88€ de frais de douane je l’ai vraiment en travers de la gorge. Tout ce qui me reste à dire c’est que la mauvaise fois se payera devant Allah à défaut d’être payé sur cette terre. La seul étoile est pour le tissu, qui lui est d’excellente qualité. Mais un tissu sur lequel vous avez bricoler n’importe comment est un tissu gâcher.

However, a few days later, I received a call from DHL asking for an additional ££ customs fee, or they wouldn’t deliver my order. The company has no refund or exchange policy, which made the situation even worse.

Before placing my order, I specifically asked multiple times about customs fees, and customer service assured me that fees vary by country but that I most likely wouldn’t be charged. I feel deceived and deeply disappointed, especially considering I could have bought 2 nice dresses here in the UK for the same price I paid, without the additional hassle or hidden costs.

If you're in the UK, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. The quality is only moderate, and when you factor in the shipping and unexpected import fees, the total cost will end up being much higher than if you bought locally. It's simply not worth it.

A fuire ils prennent pas en charge les frais de douane comme certains sites turc et je vous dit pas comment c’est chère il faut prévoir 50e et plus à part sa livraison rapide qualité au top taille correcte mais le prix c abusé

I would have liked to give zero stars... I ordered a dress and paid almost €100 in customs (more than half the price of the dress). It reaches me wide and I ask if an exchange is possible but they tell me that they don't want to know anything about it and to go and have it tightened by a seamstress... terrible customer service and directions. Trust me, buy elsewhere, it's absolutely not worth the price!

J’aurais dut lire les avis avant de commander. A fuir j’ai commandé une robe avec un foulard. Une fois le paiement validé on m’informe que la couleur du voile n’est pas la même que la robe mais que ça va bien ensemble. FRAIS DE DOUANE DE 40€ alors que les taxe ne s’applique cas partir de 150€ d’achat normalement obliger de les payer sinon on ne reçois pas la robe. À la réception de la commande le voile que j’ai commandé ne pas du tout avec la robe et en plus il est totalement transparent alors que j’avais bien demandé si il l’était et on m’a confirmé que non. Service client 0, la personne fais semblant de ne pas comprendre et met fin à la conversation. Ne commander pas sur ce site

C’est mon premier achat sur ce site et j’en suis super contente. La livraison était rapide, la robe est MAGNIFIQUE et la taille me convient parfaitement (ce sont les tailles turques, il faut bien regarder le guide des tailles). Certes, comme pour tout achat hors UE il faut prévoir les frais de douane, 40€ environ mais pour ce genre de robe ça vaut le coup je trouve.

I was a bit hesitant to place an order at first due to some of the negative reviews I had read. However, after checking out their Instagram page and seeing more of their products, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a ready-made dress (huda islamic evening dress) and was pleasantly surprised by the experience! It arrived in the UK within 5 days, well-packed, and exactly as the pictures on their website. The sizing was perfect too. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would consider ordering again.

Wasted too much money and time to them. Unexpected cost and bad customer service especially regarding the sizes.
I wanted size 38 and gave my measurements but they recommended 40. Dress arrive and it was way too big. They said measured me wrong when I did it professionally with a tailor. And even after the dress arrived.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Modazehrada that I feel compelled to share. While I was initially excited to purchase from this store, the entire process turned out to be a frustrating ordeal.

Firstly, I was charged twice for my order. The initial shipping cost was already steep at €50, which I reluctantly paid. However, to my shock, I was later informed that I needed to pay an additional €120 for shipping... This extra charge was not mentioned anywhere during the checkout process. Essentially, the additional shipping cost amounted to 50% of the price of the product itself, which is absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, Modazehrada has a no-return policy.. This left me with two unappealing options: either lose over €315 and receive no clothes, or pay the unexpected €120 extra and get my order. Reluctantly, I chose the latter, but the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, DO NOT order from Modazehrada!! The lack of transparency regarding additional charges and the rigid no-return policy make it a risky and costly endeavor. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and billing practices, and that they inform customers of any extra charges beforehand.

I saw a bunch of negative reviews and was worried. But trust me these reviews are not true because this is one of the most high-quality dresses I have ever owned. The fabric feels so luxurious and their dresses are fully lined with soft fabric on the inside so they are incredibly comfortable. I also saw that people were complaining that the sequins and glitter fell off easily however this was absolutely not the case for me as they were sewn on the fabric quite well. The dress looks exactly like the images on the website and it is reasonably affordable if you are paying in dollar currency. One thing I will note is, while their size guide is quite accurate, please look at the description of the specific dress you are buying because for some styles the shop advises you to size up which is what I did and it ended up fitting perfectly. Also, for the satin dresses with tight sleeves, the fabric is not stretchy so you cant raise your arms all the way up, but that's honestly the only negative thing about the dress. I am so happy that I finally found a shop dedicated to creating modest yet intricately made dresses for Muslim women!

I had the worst experience ever with ModaZehrada. The way your employees treat your customers is not to describe how awful it is.
I got my dress which was custom made. it was uneven, the cut wasn’t clean, there were holes and glue in the dress… I tried to contact the person I was in touch during the process. He/she was sooooo rude and didn’t even respond back to my concerns about the dress. I paid so much for a dress that looks awful.
I am super disappointed, and will never ever recommend your company to anyone.

Site à fuir en plus des frais des douanes élevés 40euros j’ai reçu une robe complètement différente de ce que j’ai commandé.

Service client catastrophique vous leur montrer par preuve que la robe est pas la même et on vous dit que c’est juste la luminosité la blague. Cerise sur le gâteau ils disent ne pas avoir de soucis à récupérer la robe en échange vous devez payer les frais de douane et de port pour le retour.

Worst store to buy from. I bought a muslim dress for me and my daughter and it came out different. We ordered a blue and green dress but, it came dark and the beads in the picture was gold but, when we got it, it was silver. It also was very expensive and I bought two dresses for 642$ with shipping. You even have to pay the shipping and tax. I am VERY disappointed with the dresses I got. Overall I would not recomened this store for anyone. The WORST!
