NO SHOES NO CORRESPONDANCE ordered shoes on the 12 February and received an email to say they would contact us when shipped nothing has happened since called 3 times to be told it is a ware house problem. NO money returned and not helpful at all. Said it would be shipped in 7 days . Have tried to get help but have not had any help and support. Please send us our shoes.

Awful customer service. Avoid.
I've gone through an epic month long ordeal with them. They don't provide status, they don't respond. If you order from Mode Footwear you'd better nope that absolutely nothing goes wrong, and that you don't need to contact their customer service.
Why do I say this?
I ordered from Mode in January 2023.
Once an order is in, there's no indication of order progress until they ship.
After 12 days, I emailed to ask about status. No response.
2 days later, I emailed to cancel the order, request a refund.
A day later I found the product I wanted elsewhere.
A day later mode responded saying cancellation wasn't possible because they were shipping the order.
Two days later I received the AusPost shipping notification - the one they send when a tracking notification is generated, but no package yet with them.
Two days later AusPost showed the package being with Them.
Two days after that I received the package, and promptly printed a return shipping label AT MY OWN COST, and sent it back to mode.
Two days later, AusPost confirmed Mode received the return package.
Ten days later, I have a refund notification from mode - minus shipping. But no actual refund on credit card as of yet.
They don't respond, and don't care.
Returned faulty item, no refund 2 months.
Not refunding faulty returned goods.
I purchased a pair of sandals which came faulty and waited 2 weeks for mode to email the supplier to confirm even though it was obvious in the photos. (I emailed the supplier and got a response in 2 hours)
After finally getting a returns label another week or 2 later I send of my return and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund.
It has been 2 months since I first let them know about the faulty product I received (one of the footbeds had shrunk in their warehouse) no one has responded to my emails. Still waiting for refund.

I know some people had problems with this company, but in my experience, it was amazing.
I got a good price for a pair of Dr Martens, which arrived in less than a week.
I didn't have to contact customer service because everything ran smoothly.

Did not receive any information re. Delivery. Waited 1 week when I emailed them, only to be told it had not yet been shipped. I then emailed them 4 times over the following week to cancel my order. No reply.
Slowest shipping ever
Slowest shipping ever, worst customer service. Emailed them to say please refund because the shoes wonât arrive in time for the event and it went ignored, called them and all of a sudden itâs with the shipping partner and they canât refund. Still havenât received a tracking number or shipping confirmation. I will be contacting paypal today.

Ordered 2 different sized pairs of Dr Martens as school shoes. 1 pair split in 4 seperate places after being worn for about 4 weeks. Itâs clearly a manufacturing fault as the splits are all along the same place where two different materials meet and clearly didnât bond properly. Emailed pics asking for replacement and got no response. Rang, emailed again and was told it was forwarded to management. Emailed again and told it would be forwarded to manufacturer. Rang them again and they had no record of an issue and said manager will call me back. Have requested either replacement or refund - their choice. They havenât responded to any other emails since.

Do not buy from these guys! I thought they would be legit, as they have Afterpay etc. I have been stuffed around so much. Way too much stress for a pair of shoes. They do not ship fast at all. And then when I tried to cancel the order because it was taking too long and they had told be it wouldnât be dispatched for several days, they refused and then immediately shipped it that day. Still too late for the event I need them for and I had to buy them somewhere else . Now the hassle of trying to get a refund.

I ordered a pair of Docs on the 31st October & received them on Tuesday 8th November...8 days later. After I had ordered them, I came across reviews on Mode Footwear & became more than a little concerned based on the negative comments. However, as it turned out, I needn't have worried. I was able to contact them via both phone & e-mail. The couriers picked up my order on Monday 7th November at their warehouse in Victoria & my Docs were delivered by 8.30am on Tuesday 8th to my house in South Australia!

I ordered a pair of Dr martens (22 Sep 22). After no communication for a few weeks, I messaged them asking when it's likely to be delivered. They responded with they will be shipped out by the end of the week (12 Oct 22). The next day I got an email saying they were having stock issues and didn't have the stock, they offered me the same pair in white. I declined and received a refund. I looked on their website that day at the same type and size I ordered and they said they were still in stock.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. Spend a little extra and get them from a reputable company.
