I ordered a 1.18 scale Ferrari in


I ordered a 1.18 scale Ferrari in November but it was cancelled because my card didn't go through. I didn't realise this for about a couple of month's. I reordered it in February and it went through I tried to contact Model universe several times wondering when i would get a delivery, until I eventually got a reply to say I should get the product sometime this year, they couldn't give a clear date.
On the description when I first ordered it, it said PRE ORDER which is what I did, I just went to check to see how my order is doing and says they are all sold out.
Discusting customer service, consequently I have cancelled my order, this amounts to false selling.

The product is showing as out of stock in order to prevent overselling, it has still not arrived. Manufacturers do not provide ongoing updates on release dates, we find out only when they are arrive at our door.

Being a current Owner + 1 packing employee we not have the Human Resources to answer every email regarding preorder delivery dates. If we did, we would not be able to dispatch orders on time.
