Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Your order was placed on April 4, and the parcel arrived at your local delivery center on April 18. The carrier attempted delivery, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. The package is now being held for pickup at your local delivery center.
We have already forwarded the carrier's email to you, which includes pickup instructions and details on how to collect your parcel.
We kindly ask you to please check the carrier’s instructions and pick up the package. Since the parcel is already available for collection, we would really appreciate it if you could review or remove your feedback once you receive it.

Délai de livraison interminable
Ayant fait ma commande le 21 Mars , celle-ci est toujours en transit. Je trouve le délai un peu long et je ne commanderai plus sur ce site.

We’re very sorry for the shipping delay and understand your frustration. Once an order has been shipped, the transit process is unfortunately outside of our direct control, especially for international shipments. In most cases, delivery within 10–15 days is considered normal, and many of our customers receive their orders within 7–10 days. However, occasional delays can happen due to holidays, customs processing, or international flight schedules.
We truly appreciate your patience and support. As a small business, every order means a lot to us. We hope you’ll consider ordering from us again in the future, and if you feel we helped address your concern fairly, we’d be grateful if you would consider revising your review.

Regarding the mailbox drop: once your parcel is handed over to the carrier, it’s handled according to their delivery procedures and is, unfortunately, outside our control. We’d recommend contacting your local postal service to report the issue and ask that they follow your preferred delivery instructions moving forward.
