It was a nice experience and really surprised with the quality of furniture at a reasonable price. Gagan customer service was great and made us feel welcome.

Chairs arrived with no problems what so ever and quicker than expected. I was in the middle of decorating so I hadn’t much room to open them right away as I was also storing Santa gifts!! So as soon as I could open I got a disappointment as they had sent grey rather than black!! My grandson had made the boxes into a massive camp for him and his sister so there wasn’t much I could do. They are still beautiful chairs and probably easier kept in grey. They still match as my whole house is black , white and grey. I would also buy again from Moderique as they have beautiful furniture. So thanks Modernique for an excellent service, quick delivery and ignore the colour mistake as I’m still one happy customer!!

Upon delivery drive into your vehicle/neighbours vehicles leaving lots of damage and happily driving off without a care in the world. When confronted confirmed it was their delivery driver over the phone to then send a text saying his driver said he didnt hit anything well clearly he has as i got evidence!!!!!!

The customer service from Modernique is first class. I had a small problem with the table that I ordered and it was rectified quickly and efficiently. My table was exactly what I wanted in the perfect size too for my needs. Brilliant!

I bought a sideboard from Modernique and it arrived faulty one of the drawers won’t open properly and a piece was missing. I emailed their customer service on Sunday 28th September but have still not had any reply.

It’s really disappointing to spend money and end up with furniture I can’t even use as intended, and then receive no communication or support to fix it.

If they improve their customer service and quality checks this could be a good company, but right now I can’t recommend them.

The order was received within an excellent timeframe and were received in A1 condition.
The only slight issue was that a bag containing the bolts and washers had come open and they were scattered around the box. There were a couple missing. I contacted Modernique who sent out replacements which have been received this morning and everything is sorted. The chairs look really nice and we have had compliments on them already. Good company to deal with.

This a cheap product made out of cheap parts. Don’t expect this loft bed to last at all, it got delivered in absolute parts, looks flimsy and unsafe. We are getting rid of it and will invest more elsewhere but in a solid item. Lesson learned.

Not good, I bought a 130 W 100 L roller blind by mistake but they did not help with either the return or the exchange, and they also sent the product late.

Honestly delivery was fast and instructions were pretty clear... Although some pieces were missing, I had to use previous purchases' screws to finish to put up the bed (which had already took me hours...) so the level of frustration was high even though I know it isn't the worst, but I really was not expecting this (when you are finishing up late after 5 hours)

Very pleased with the customer service of this company. Initially contacted me regarding stock and was able to present alternative options of which I was very happy with. Constant communication throughout dispatch and delivery. Helpful video guides on assembly of the furniture when I had difficulties. Item looks exactly as described and presented on the website. I’m a happy customer.
