All good apart from the tracking emails where it showed it was in the next county..so I didn't do anything. But scrolling down to the bottom it was actually in a shop about 2 miles away! That info should be at the start of the email so it isn't missed. I missed it for a week!

I was looking for the new Nike Air Rift Split Toe sneakers and after searching all the sites (including Nike!) it seemed they were sold out everywhere. Fed Ex shows that they delivered my order to me. I DID NOT receive it. FedEx refuses to provide any further information to me as they said you sent it ground economy (the cheapest way). They provided me with a USPS tracking number that is incorrect.
You have NO PHONE number for customer service. I want my MONEY BACK!!! I have spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of you, talked to FedEx twice (they refuse to help me) and now I have nowhere else to turn.
I want my money back!
