I love modestrainer, Allahumabarik,I keep coming back and will always do! She's a sweet and lovely person to meet and work with, mashAllah tabarakAllah. She pushes you to your limits and extremely supportive, just the right trainer to have !

Super energetic and motivating!
You won’t feel the need to use music for the workouts, her constant upbeat energy and voice throughout the workouts really helps you and pushes you to do your best!
The planners provided are a bonus 🌟
I’m sure all students will agree the coach wants us to do our best and improve each day!

I have joined the Ramadaan programme and It has been brilliant alhamdulillah I have really benefited from the weekly halaqas and the group fitness sessions, there is a real sence of sisterhood! Alhamdulillah
I really like the daily motivational reminders that coach sends. Overall a great experience Alhamdulillah

Best decision i have made this year is to start her online coaching!

Not only she helped built up my love for gym but also fixed my nutrition, now i always opt for healthy alternatives like fruits or protein bar/shakes whenever i get hungry instead of buying potato chips which from time to time i do indulge.

I really enjoyed the programme. It has really prepped me for Ramadhan. The inclusion of fasting and reading a lot pages of Qur’an has made it less daunting for me to do these actions during Ramadhan.

The exercise was challenging but of a good kind targeting all muscles and areas of our body. Coach is amazing. She pushes you and encourages you to do your best every session whether you are a beginner or advanced level in exercise. Takes this a sign to join her next fitness programme✨

The Ramadan preparation programme was meticulously thought through and Falaq was an excellent coach, holding us all accountable whilst providing the foundations to continue our spiritual and fitness journeys through Ramadan and beyond. Would definitely recommend!
