This was my first experience with Modern Gents. I had many questions when I was browing and grateful for great customer service. My inquiries were responded to timely and thoroughly. My order arrived before the estimated timeframe. The packaging was lovely and well thought out. When I first opened and saw the rings, I was in awe. They are a stunning set and met my expectations of vintage and uniqueness. The gold Delilah and the Zoey together made a perfect anniversary gift. I get many compliments about the style and sparkle. Thank you!

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first—thought it might be a scam—but let me tell you, I am so glad I took the leap. The quality of this ring is unbelievable, especially considering the price I paid. I ordered it just last week, and it arrived about an hour ago. As soon as I opened the box, I was absolutely in love! It looks even better in person than it did online. I had to come on here and share my experience because I know how helpful reviews can be when deciding whether to take a chance. If you're on the fence like I was, just go for it. They are so easy to work with and i had to return my first ring because it wasn’t quite what i wanted. It matches my real ring perfectly and it’s so pretty! Customer service was also top notch! 10/10 recommend.

You would never know these rings aren’t real diamonds u less someone told you. They are more durable than my 18k white gold rings. I have used their warranty previously on other items and it’s quick and easy. This company is reliable with great quality product.

Everything is beautiful and exceptional quality. Unfortunately one of the earrings broke (after over a year) and the warranty process was quick and seamless from Canada. Modern Gents is the perfect example of a company that hides behind flashy marketing while selling sub‑par jewelry. Their so‑called “lifetime warranty” is nothing more than a clever play on words. You don’t get a warranty—you pay for it. And the price they charge to “service” your jewelry is basically the same cost as buying an identical piece on Amazon brand new. So what exactly is the point? Why would anyone spend more money for a “lifetime warranty” that requires additional payments every time you need to use it? That’s not a warranty. That’s a subscription to disappointment. The quality of the jewelry itself is nothing special—lightweight, cheap-feeling, and absolutely not worth the markup. You can find the same style and quality online for a quarter of the price with no gimmicks attached. This company relies on misleading marketing and fine print to make their products seem premium when they’re anything but. I’ll never purchase from Modern Gents again, and I strongly recommend others save their time and money. Just buy the same thing on Amazon and skip the scam.

There is nothing more wonderful than the one on one customer service provided by our small, Local & Mom and pop businesses. They provide a level of Customer Service that is seldom seen in larger chain stores. They treat their customers like family. They answer questions, fully, and in terms that most customers can understand. They don’t beat around the bush and leave everyone wondering what could possibly be meant. They don’t send questions off to a department knee-deep in computers and AI generated responses. They take the time out of their day to respond to customers one on one, human to human and that’s what makes Modern Gents one of the great companies that provide amazing customer service.

This company is amazing!! Their rings are beautiful, affordable and such great quality! I’ve bought several and some are even a few years old and have not tarnished or lost their sparkle, customer service is also phenomenal, they’ll even send you pics of specific pairings if you’re on the fence before you buy! Could not recommend them enough!!!
