Have ordered before and really liked the products. Ordered the wrong size items, partly due to the company seems to have changed their sizing guidelines which I wasn't aware of, fair enough.

Realised when received and emailed customer service who tried to advise me on sizing.

Started the returns and it was really difficult and complicated to try to sort. Finally got the size requests exchanged and order sorted as i thought. Then came the charges...£4 for postage for the exchanged items, £4 fee to get the refund for 1 pair sent to my credit card, or i could get £4 store credit and a shop now bonus. Gave in and went for the no fee and bonus. After several attempts got it sorted. Sent the returns then got an email to say 1 requested item was out of stock, tried to go online to change item twice, couldn't do it, then got an email to say items were in post and 1 item had been refunded ( not what i wanted) and I'd get £6 ( item cost was around £14) Sent multiple emails in reply to an ai bot and got no where. Customer service person finally replied to me today but not sure what they can do now. I'm now 1 pair short and have spent a large part of this week trying to sort it

je suis très déçue par modibodi. j'ai commandé dernièrement et je n'ai pas aimé le tissu des culottes qui fait plutôt style maillot de bain. Si vous voulez renvoyer : ATTENTION !! j'en avais pour 14.95 euros de frais d'envoi de ma poche, (et je n'avais pas encore calculé les frais de suivi car c'est ce que leur site vous recommande) car les retours sont à votre charge. De plus, si vous dépassez les 15 jours, le paquet doit être non ouvert ce qui est débile : pour voir le produit, il faut bien ouvrir le paquet . et dernier point et non le moindre : les seamfree full brief sont désign australian mais ils viennent de .... CHINE !! quand on voit le prix de leurs culottes, c'est étonnant. je vais chercher français maintenant

Heel tevreden van de producten, ze zitten heel comfortabel en doen wat ze moeten doen. Ook de levering was heel erg vlot.

Discovered these period underwear in lockdown. Great product and value for money. Do everything they are described to do. Would not use another brand ever. If looked after correctly can be used for years.

Bought both period pants and some regular pants.
Period pants are soft, pretty comfy and have never leaked even though I am a fitness instructor so am quite active.

Only 4 stars as The regular pants are not as comfy as id like in a regular pant, they dig in more than id expect from non-padded pants and found they rub and dig in where the elastic goes around the thighs.

Sizing up was helpful but then got slight wedgies as more fabric than needed.
Also sizing varies which is difficult, some are a 12 or a 14 etc, some are 8-10 or 12-14. So its hard to know what size you are in what pants which is expensive when its an item you can't return.

I've actually just found another pants supplier which is more consistent in sizing for regular pants but still get my period pants here.

Really disappointed in the brand. Their cut is way off. Full briefs and bikinis have high cut bottoms and creep up your bum leaving you wondering if you’re going to leak, especially at night. I am a size 6, petite woman with a small bum, so bought accordingly and even if I sized up that wouldn’t cover my bum cheeks, I have numerous other brands of period panties and all have the same cut according to the name ie bikini, full briefs etc. unfortunately I do not recommend the for this reason.

The swim suit didn’t work at all and caused embarrassment when it leaked on a day of light period.
The company have agreed a refund very easily, but it was disappointing that the product didn’t do what it was meant to!

I’ve tried several different absorbency styles from Modibodi for different flow days, and I’m really happy with all of them.
Each one does exactly what it promisesgreat absorbency, no leaks, and they stay feeling dry and comfortable all day.
It’s made managing my period so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend

To preface this I was a customer in previous years and LOVED my period pants from Modi. They lasted years of use and I recommend to so many friends, so this is where I'm coming from. They once had a good product.

No longer.

TLDR: don't waste your money, buy elsewhere.

I invested in 6 new pairs of period pants late last year after losing a significant amount of weight. That was the only reason for the purchase, I'd happily have kept using my previous old pairs if only they didn't sag and fall down 😅so I just bought a whole new set because my trust in the brand was right up there.

What a waste of money.

Like others have mentioned on here, sizing is odd. Very tight seams. And the design has completely changed too, without full coverage up the front. The new pairs (sold as the same design as my prior ones, same absorbancy etc) don't hold as much liquid as I frequently bled through the front where it no longer is full coverage.

But this isn't why I'm here. I just accepted okay, they changed their design for the worse. Socks to be me. And kept on using.

Only to find that after only 1-2 washes ALL but one of my underwear had holes in the wool gusset.

Keep in mind I had pairs for years, absolutely no problem before. So it's not me. I did nothing differently.

I reached out to customer service and wasted so much time trying to get replacements or a refund. I'm a busy mum of young autistic kids and have enough going on in my life I literally do not have the energy to spend endless hours composing emails and taking photos at their request. I did so though, I sent the photos they asked for. Only to be asked for even more, of batch numbers that didn't even exist on the poor quality pants. They had my order history, they had photographic proof and just kept wanting more photos as if my life should now be hours of correspondence over their rubbish product.
Basically I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right and all I got for my efforts was frustration.

So here it is. I'm investing my time into warning other people off this absolutely scummy brand. Once, they were great. No longer. ❌️

Do not waste your money. I regret so badly recommending them to others. Pants literally fall apart after a wash or two and are of poor absorbancy to boot.

I have brought lots of these from this company as aged 58 i suffer from slight stress incontinence and they are brilliant. I have also brought some for my niece as she suffers from heavy periods and she went on to buy more as she says too they are brilliant. I recommend them to my friends and good value for money when you buy them in the sale .

I have tried a few different brands of period underwear but this one is by far the favourite. At first I was a bit unsure of period underwear and not confident it would work, but when I tried the modibodi I have never looked back. The technology works amazing, it feels dry for hours even though you’re on a heavy period. I feel safe wearing them and am not scared of leaks and next to that it’s also super comfortable and doesn’t make you feel like you’re wearing a diaper.

I placed the order over a week ago and not info about when it will be delivered. also, the customer support is asking for a lot of details which they should have before they support. I hope they deliver it and it is not a scam.

I bought them for my daughter. She is very happy with the fit and the comfort but she is experiencing leaks even I took the heavier version. I would say they are very comfortable and very happy to find a PFAS free and organic one but not enough absorbant if you heavily period!

My daughter uses the knickers and swim wear and we are very happy with them. They font have any bright labels on them (black pairs) so you kwouldmt know the difference between underwear and the swim wear she has.

Bought for my petite granddaughter for an upcoming holiday but the swimming costume came up small. Reordered at a cost and sized up but although slightly bigger I wasn’t prepared to keep paying the ridiculous postage costs. Kept the costume and her period never came and it’s now sat in a drawer unused and by the time she does need it she will have outgrown it. Waste of money for me sadly!

I've tried many other brands in different styles and none are as comfortable as modibodi boy shorts.
They provide amazing protection without feeling bulky and no leaks even on my heaviest days.
The material is super soft and doesn't feel bulky or feel/ sound like I'm wearing a waterproof rain mac.

My "go to" for period underwear. I absolutely love my sensual pants. So comfortable and I sleep so well wearing them knowing they won't let me down and leak. My daughter loves the bikini ones and out of the different ones she has tried Modibodi are the best. I've been wearing Modibodi for approx 5 years now

Cliente à plusieurs reprises depuis de nombreuses années, j’ai tenté d’autres marques un peu moins chères et suis toujours revenue à modibodi. Leur coupe est très bien pensée et les finitions sont soignées. L’absorption est vraiment très efficace. Ma fille jeune ado ne jure également que par ses shortys modibodi (de jour et de nuit). Le service client est top, ils m’ont toujours aidée à trouver la taille parfaite, donc je n’ai pas eu de souci avec des retours et essais qui ont apparemment posé souci à d’autres. Les culottes arrivent assez rapidement, chacune dans un emballage scellé, ce qui est essentiel coté hygiène. Si on suit les consignes d’entretien, les culottes sont increvables (j’ai gardé mon premier lot 8 ans, et j’ai changé surtout parce que j’avais grossi, sinon elles auraient pu tenir plus longtemps)

Bought these for reassurance when running, love them so far. Very comfortable and no issues so far.
