I placed an order 14 days ago, the goods are in stock and available for immediate delivery, which was precisely what I needed. They also charge my card immediately. 2 weeks later they still haven't shipped. I keep asking for an update they keep promising it will be shipped soon. When I told them that I would cancel the order if it wasn't shipped, they sent a screenshot of a shipping label which is however not delivered to the transporter, hence not worth it telling anything.

Achtung. Komplett unseriös.
Ich wurde diverse Male vertröstet, die Uhr werde bald losgeschickt. Nach Wochen hieß es, sie könne nicht geliefert werden. Ich habe mehrfach darum gebeten, mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Es wurde mir ein Screenshot geschickt, der die Rückbuchung angeblich zeigte, aber das Geld kam nie zurück. Ich werde jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten und möchte alle warnen vor diesem Fake-Shop!

Nachtrag: Nach diesen Eintrag wurde mir auf einmal das Geld zurücküberwiesen. Allerdings wurde ich mit einer Flut an Mails und sogar einer Nachricht auf WhatsApp gedrängt, die Bewertung doch zu löschen. Ja, ich habe mein Geld jetzt nach drei Monaten zurück, dennoch ist die gesamte Erfahrung leider sehr unseriös gewesen. Denn die Ware kam ja wie gesagt nie, obwohl der Versand mit gewährleistet wurde in mehreren Mails.

I lost my Snoopy/Peanuts limited edition watch. I was so upset. I’m in Toronto. I have searched all over the internet. I even contacted Swatch, it was sold out and they will not be making anymore. I searched all over the internet, couldn’t find it. I took a pic and used in google image search, I found it in ITALY!! That’s crazy, I checked in trust pilot and google review, confident it was safe, ordered right away. I got an email the same Monday I ordered. I was wearing it on Thursday. It takes longer to courier a package to Vancouver! I was impressed with the store answering me right away. They were very kind thru the entire exchange. They have loads of watches. I highly recommend, 10/10 Trust worthy!

Ich habe meine Uhr erhalten wie beschrieben. Die Lieferung hat zwar sehr lange gedauert, aber Maria hat mich immer über den Stand der Dinge informiert. Geduld muß man haben, aber die Uhr wurde mir besorgt obwohl ich diese bestimmte Uhr sonst nirgenwo mehr bekommen habe, nicht mal vom Hersteller Swatch.

Keine Ware, erst nach langem Schriftwechsel und der Bewertung in Trustpilot Geld zurück. Am schlimmsten ist, dass ich jetzt wegen meiner Bewertung von Trustpilot ständig angeschrieben werde. Für mich ist der Fall erledigt. Kaufen würde ich dort nicht mehr.
