Ordered well in advance for mother's day, arrived late. Quality of item no where near as good as it looked on the advert. Disappointed.

This company appears to be fraudulent. They send defective, low-quality products to customers, and when you request a return or refund, they refuse to accept it. Instead, they offer vague excuses and claim that replacement delivery times are unpredictable.

I strongly advise DO NOT ORDER from this company. You’re better off choosing more reliable alternatives such as Unigifta, Wownine, Hicustore, or Soufeel.

Ordered a mothers day present based on advert seen which looked good. Order was well in advance of the day and being actively advertised for - but deliveries obviously didn't align with advertisements (so some shady false advertising implied really) and it didn't arrive until after the event.

It was not cheap, so was expecting UK based for the price - not ship direct from China. Quality for the price is not aligned.
Someone i making good money from this.

Stay away from ordering from Modrue. They advertised items to Mother’s Day. I ordered with nearly 3 weeks to Mother’s Day and I still haven’t received it.

I complained to support and I was just told to be patient!

I ordered the anime style card, the image was cute, but the information was wrong. It did take a month to receive and communication was delayed always by a day. I had to resch out multiple times and in the end all they offered was a 10% discount instead of reprinting and sending me what I ordered. Beware of ordering from this place.

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy. received my item after 2/3 weeks. museum photo frame. Poor quality, pictures do not fit the frame, frame is cheap, what was supposed to be lights are like two screws/bolts that obviously do not light up. The company will not accept refunds after the pictures were sent, and are now ignoring me.

Awful ! Bought the viewmaster type thing , the pictures are unrecognizable so pixelated

56 quid for a museum of us for my girlfriends anniversary present. Got a white frame and a cheap set of fairy lights, which I have to assemble myself. Definitely wouldn’t buy from here

Very long delivery time, poor customer service and quite expensive tbf. Nevertheless quality is good and I’m happy with my purchase.

Ordered a custom V-day Pokemon card. Tracking was accurate and the card came out perfect.

Bought a Building Block “I ❤️ U” for Valentine’s Day with a custom picture… the picture cannot be seen and I admittedly expected the picture to come out very dark. I am also admittedly surprised I received the package in a week (on Valentine’s Day) because this vendor seems a bit sus to trust in the first place. Anyway my real gripe is that the platform for the building blocks is too small to showcase what was suppose to be presented and definitely not the same as advertised. The way I see it I sacrificed $55 but at least I get to share a review to deter others from doing the same.

I ordered the “Custom Anniversary Card Couple Photo – Anime Style” and received it about 3.5 weeks after placing the order. While there was occasionally a small delay in communication, the contact throughout the process was easy and pleasant overall. The track and trace worked well and kept me informed about the delivery status.

Most importantly, the final result turned out really lovely! I’m very happy with how it looks. If you keep your expectations realistic and have a bit of patience, I would definitely recommend the Custom Anniversary Cards.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They never sent me my order confirmation and until I email them and ask them what was going on. Then when I finally did receive the order which was a blanket turned out that they measure their blankets in centimeters rather than in inches and the blanket turned out to be a small child size blanket. When I reported this, they claimed to have been in the process of doing a new production after making me take photos while using a tape measure to prove it. Turns out the blanket was smaller than what I ordered. They told me they would send me a new blanket now they are backtracking. They are now not going to send me a new blanket, but rather are trying to argue that a few centimeters short is normal. Absolutely unheard of worst company ever ever do not order from them. This was a Christmas present and they have destroyed it. I will never use this company again.

100% scam...I paid for item, tracking stopped on 11/3/2025, then nothing for a month, then seller says they will resend and nothing not even a tracking #, finally a refund on 1/9/2026

Ordered the lit mirror. Shows delivered. Yeah that was big no. This site should be banned.

IT'S A SCAM!
Bought a gilmore girls advent calendar and got a fake cheap dupe with random stuff and AI generate content, IT'S A BAD DUPE OF THE ACTUAL LICENSED PRODUCT BUT THE SAME PRICE.

Total scam. Ordered the book advent calendars and they don’t look like the pictures at all; they’re just flimsy paper “books” stapled together. Don’t waste your money!
