My first experience with Modulr a few months ago wasnât great, as the app had several bugs. However, I recently signed up again to give it another try, and the experience was much smoother this time. Nadat ik het verzoek via hun formulier had ingediend, werd er actief meegedacht en gevraagd om aanvullende informatie. Na het aanleveren van screenshots is de refund correct teruggestort op mijn bankrekening.

I would have expected that a year after they purchased Nook that the AP platform would be mature and polished. As a customer for the past 3 months I have been constantly identifying bugs in the AP platform and needing to escalate these as they affect basic functionality. It's clear that the engineering team behind Nook didn't do a great job and now Modulr is left to pick up the pieces... How can they be allowed to not provide the promised services, months after customers are onboarded?
