Excellent and very responsive support

I contacted Modulr Customer Support regarding a refund request connected to my Plutus account, and I am very satisfied with how my case was handled. The team responded extreme quickly, and confirmed the refund process in a transparent and professional manner.

What stood out most was the reliability and friendliness of the communication. My request was handled smoothly.

Enjoying the new experience

My first experience with Modulr a few months ago wasn’t great, as the app had several bugs. However, I recently signed up again to give it another try, and the experience was much smoother this time. I’m not sure if there have been updates since then, but everything is now working perfectly and the process was quick and seamless. Overall, I’m very pleased with the improvement.

Refund netjes en correct opgelost door Modulr support

Na wat onduidelijkheid rondom een refund op mijn Plutus-kaart heeft Modulr support het uiteindelijk netjes opgepakt en opgelost. Nadat ik het verzoek via hun formulier had ingediend, werd er actief meegedacht en gevraagd om aanvullende informatie. Na het aanleveren van screenshots is de refund correct teruggestort op mijn bankrekening.

De communicatie was duidelijk en professioneel, en ik heb het gevoel dat mijn case serieus is behandeld. Fijn om te merken dat Modulr dit soort zaken nu rechtstreeks afhandelt en ook echt doorpakt.

Positieve ervaring met de support.

Modulr AP needs a bug bounty

I would have expected that a year after they purchased Nook that the AP platform would be mature and polished. As a customer for the past 3 months I have been constantly identifying bugs in the AP platform and needing to escalate these as they affect basic functionality. It's clear that the engineering team behind Nook didn't do a great job and now Modulr is left to pick up the pieces... How can they be allowed to not provide the promised services, months after customers are onboarded?
