My contract with Moggie support has very good results. Two problems with two different trackers was resolved, one included a replacement at no cost to resolve one of the problems and the other was handled with clear instructions.

Moggie has been incredible so far - we've been able to track our four cats' daily (and weekly) activities and have peace of mind that any sudden decline in health or significant change will be picked up by the trackers. The weekly reviews are my favourite part to read!

Recently, a rarely occurring software bug was found where the sync dates were mismatched, and the Moggie team reached out to me on their own to offer a replacement to our single tracker and hub that were affected. Their customer service is next-level, and I appreciate them so much!

The devices provide insights to my cats I wouldn't normally see.

Moggie has been a game changer in allowing me to better understand my cats and has greatly improved my ability to take data into the veterinarian. They have been highly responsive when I need assistance in addressing an issue with the equipment. Highly recommend them for any cat caretaker.

When my cat started making more trips to the litter box, I was trying to understand what might be happening. Around the same time, Moggie showed a drop in her usual activity … she wasn’t playing as much, and her movement around the house slowed down. That’s when I also noticed she was licking herself more than usual and even vocalized once while trying to pee. These were things I may not have picked up on as clearly if I wasn’t already watching for changes.

Having a baseline through Moggie helped me see that this wasn’t just a random off day, it was part of a real pattern of discomfort. I brought everything to the vet, and she was diagnosed with feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC), a painful bladder condition that can get worse fast if it’s not caught early.

Thanks to Moggie, I was able to spot the signs sooner and get her the care she needed. It gave me peace of mind and helped me feel more in tune with what she was experiencing. And the team behind Moggie? Total cat people! You can tell in every update and every bit of support.

I love Moggie! I have two cats, and they each have one. It’s like a Fitbit, but for your cats! It’s useful if you notice their behavior changing, but it’s also just fun and interesting to track their habits.

I love moggie! The team are all lovely, friendly people that work super hard to make sure Moggie is the best it can be.
I have supported them since their kickstarter campaign and would recommend them 100%!! I received a free trial kit to test on my cat while they were still in the development stage, and was included in a lot of decision making which is amazing. They truly want to create a product cat owners will love and is beneficial to them.
The app itself is great, although still in development, it's amazing. I can see if my cats behaviour is normal, even if I'm away from home!
I can speak to the messenger in app and it responds as though I'm talking to my cat - with scarily accurate responses!! (I said I'll see you soon, on my way home, and the 'cat' replied that they'll be waiting by the door for me, little does Moggie know this is their routine when they hear my car!)
Maybe it's not entirely reliable, but I choose to believe it is. They have programmed it so much and shown us a lot of behind the scenes, and the data matches up with what I would expect from my fur babies.

Moggie is a game changer!

This little device is purrfect for a cat's collar as it small, lightweight and my cats don't notice it at all. It tracks all their daily activities like sleeping, playing etc and it's wonderful to see the differences between my two cats. The app is also very easy to use and it has so many cool features including a way to chat to your cat via AI, it also includes a vet feature. Moggie helps with monitoring your cat's behaviours and if something is alarming, it can detect and notify you as you cat might need a vet visit and can potentially save your cat's life.

Super cute packaging and was easy to set up. A must for all cats!

Cat momma here to 7 kitties, including one diabetic kitty. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do to ensure the well-being and happiness of my kitties! Moggie helps aid me in that by tracking things such as each cat’s eating, drinking, grooming, sleeping, litter use, playtime, and jumping and providing daily, weekly, and monthly averages. Now I truly know who’s eating the most, who has the most zoomies, who might need more interactive play time, and especially for my diabetic kitty, that she’s getting adequate hydration. Most importantly, it lets you know if there are any changes, such as an increase in sleep or rest time or decrease in eating or playing that might signal your kitty might not be feeling their best or that they might just need a little more attention and some one-on-one playtime.

They also put a lot of effort into their app. Beyond the tracked activities, they have an AI chat feature letting you ask questions about cat care and advice, they provide helpful articles, and spots to track things such as weight, vaccines, and set reminders.

I can’t say enough about the company! They are constantly seeking ways to continually improve Moggie and they seek out feedback on the tracker and app, as well as, input of what matters most to us as paw-rents to our beloved kitties and how that might be able to be incorporated into either the tracker’s capabilities or the app’s features. Beyond the tracker and app, they also encourage community amongst Moggie uses through Facebook and WhatsApp groups.

You can definitely tell Moggie was made by cat lovers for cat lovers and I’m so glad to be part of the Moggie community!

These cat activity trackers have been a total game changer for my two sphynx cats. One of them has allergic asthma which often leads to decreased activity and retention of weight. This of course leads to increased aggravation of his asthma. But with the data available using the Moogie trackers I have been able to show their veterinarian a daily log of showing how treatments are working (or not).

In the case of my other cat, as she is two years older than the one with asthma, tracking her activity is key to monitoring her health as a senior cat.

The team at Moogie have been very responsive to questions and feedback. I am especially grateful that this product is not subscription based. As few things annoys me more than buying hardware that then requires additional subscriptions to get any use from the device.
