Website was easy to navigate. There were so many beautiful options. The photos made visualizing the ring so easy. All info on warranty is provided and it was so easy to add on the protection plan.

The entire ordering was easy and the jewelry selection was fantastic.

Bottom line, we are doing a wedding vow renewal and after 15 years, there was only one place that I would go to get rings. It's right here. Rings are beautiful, comes on time, fits like a glove.

Bought engagement ring. Broke almost in half 3 weeks of having it. Wife was not able to wear her ring for our wedding, wedding reception nor our wedding photos even though they said it had a rush when we sent back to get fixed. Super disappointed to spend so much money on a ring that is supposed to last forever for it to break so soon and not even get it back in time for the most important times of my wife’s life. Probably will not buy from here again.

We wanted to love our experience with this company but unfortunately their customer service is awful and completely rude. We ordered an eternity band for my wife and we had ordered it too small with it being hard to resize these bands we figured the company would take care of it for us. Not only did they provide no help when we reached out to them but they were rude and took long to respond back. We would’ve paid for them to resize the band but they refused to take the ring back because it was past the time for return. I’m sorry but your finger size changes with time so do we just never get the chance to resize the ring in the future? We spend money on something and have to worry about how we might not be able to wear it if the ring size changes. So ridiculous. Do not buy with them! I’ve been to plenty of jewelers who care about customer service and would care to take the ring back and get it resized for you. This company only cares about getting money and not keeping long term customers.

Excellent online shopping experience! One suggestion would be to organize your Ring catalog numbers so they would be easier to find if you need to go back and search. Also very helpful customer service to answer questions and guiding us to resources like ring sizing. We are excited to receive our purchase!!

So I'm giving this review 5/5 stars only because it took an extra MONTH to get my wife's 20th Anniversary Diamond ring and wedding bands in. This is our Second ring purchase as my wife's original wedding ring is a Moissanite from here!
However, James did an EXCELLENT job of keeping me informed that the first ring they made did not pass Quality Assurance and so they had to make an entirely NEW Ring!
We went with the Lab Grown Diamond and it's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!
We were compensated for the lateness of her rings with matching earrings, which was ABOVE and BEYOND what any Normal Business would have done! That's why they get 10 Stars, IMHO!

There is no phone number to call and speak to anyone.

I'm very disappointed with MossaniteCo. I ordered my daughter a beautiful 3 stone pendant necklace on Dec 13. I used the provided code Santa10 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve. No word from the company until I emailed them (Live Chat would not work, no phone number) they replied saying they apologized. There was a delay in the manufacturing process or something and it wouldn't get her on time. They in no way communicated this to me until I reached out to them first.

Very disappointed. The company seemed well reviewed. But now I won't get my daughter 's main Christmas present for Christmas.
I will not buy from them again. Should have gone with Charles & Colvard I guess.

I would like to report and update. Mossanite Co. has delivered 2 ctw earrings in way of an apology and correction. I am satisfied with this, and can now happily recommend their products, as they do stand behind them. Thanks Mossanite Co!

I heard about MoissaniteCo from a coworker and I'm forever in her debt. I was very stressed about finding a ring to propose that was in a style we liked and was affordable. MoissaniteCo was offering a ring I liked at only 60%~ of the cost of its diamond counterparts. I was worried about not getting my future fiancée diamonds, so I talked to other women in my life and when I showed them moissanite compared to diamonds they expressed jealousy and I heard multiple times that they wish their man had gotten them moissanite INSTEAD of diamonds. All the stress about my proposal went away so fast thanks to MoissaniteCo.

I have ordered 5 rings (3 custom) and studs, all set in 14k white or yellow gold from MoissaniteCO, and will be ordering more. I started investigating moissanite about 12 years ago and, as a lover of diamonds and as someone who makes jewelry, I have become the biggest fan of moissanite as the best alternative to diamonds. My MoissaniteCO jewelry is just as beautiful, finely crafted and durable as any diamond jewelry from a reputable fine jewelry merchant. I ordered my favorite “dream” stone cuts (pear, Asscher, antique oval and emerald cut) for a small fraction of comparable diamond prices. I have not yet purchased a lab diamond but might in the future and I believe both Moissanite and lab diamonds are preferable to natural diamonds for affordability, the environment and ethical considerations. MoissaniteCO staff work online only but they are responsive, provide many options, CAD renderings and clear pricing. No issues with delivery. Once, a small stone dislodged from my 9-stone band and MoissaniteCO repaired it quickly without hassles. I purchased a lab created Columbian emerald from MoissaniteCO that my professional jeweler thought was a natural emerald at first. I have helped friends make their initial purchases from MC. Don’t believe the campaign of moissanite bashing by the natural diamond industry. I wear my Moissanite jewelry daily with no issues and receive compliments regularly. I own natural diamonds and prefer my moissanite pieces. Highly recommend.

Having made two significant purchases from Moissanite in the past 18 months, it may be said that I am a return customer. I would add that I am more than a satisfied customer, as they have always provided outstanding products and service.

Recently, I had a situation where the order was placed
late, but needed for an anniversary gift. They responded perfectly and the ordervwas received in time for the anniversary. It is not a normal practice for me to post such comments, but their service levels warrant this commendation.

Bought an engagement ring here and they quickly helped me find the correct one for my fiance. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. I will be buying more from here in the future.

I wanted t review several options after getting some information on e-mail. I thought it would be possible to make some substitution from a pendant already on sle, but on which we needed a 20" chain. I felt much better after getting clarification form Ashley as to what possibilities were. I originally though I could order the pendant and get a less expensive chain, but after looking a local alternatives, I felt better using those matched with pendant.

I received my 7mm Moissanite solitaire today and I absolutely ADORE it. Its beauty exceeded my expectations and my jaw practically hit the floor the moment I saw it! Also, this company is a total gem.. no pun intended ;] Their customer service is phenomenal, and we will definitely be doing business again! Thank you so much Moissyco!
