Awful....won't let you see your purchased games and blocks you from doing so by putting you into an endless cycle of "secure your account" upon where you keep filling in captchas and it warns you that you need to change security questions...upon which you click on it to change via email...only to find it cycles through to resending you another email....no possibility to change the actual security questions....

Beschreibung zum Download von minecraft war so unklar, dass mein erster Versuch leider - nach Bezahlung - nicht funktionierte. Habe dann ein zweites mal bezahlt und es funktioniert jetzt auch. Gutgläubig hatte ich gedacht die erste Zahlung erstattet zu bekommen.
Jetzt fing das Abenteuer mit dem Service an... Dann wurde das Ticket ohne Lösung einfach geschlossen.
Der Vorhang zu, alle Fragen offen und das Geld ist weg!

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT AND DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE THEM PAYMENT INFO. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel an account, I’ve literally tried everything. Even when I finally reached what seemed to be an actual person they refused to cancel the account. This is a total scam, avoid at all costs (or it will cost you!!!)

Horrible experience. Can’t get anyone to actually help. They all send the same thing that you can easily find online with a simple search. I am reaching out to them because they are the experts and yet they send me results I found on my own that do not help my specific case. Which is why I am reaching out to them. After I explained in detail that none of the FAQs are what I need help with, they all stopped helping me further. It’s as if they’re all getting their answers from the FAQs section. Had to make a Twitter account just to receive more FAQs lol as if that’s the only answer they’re allowed to give anyone. Are they all bots with the same answer?

Extremely poor customer service. The website password reset doesn't seem to be working, and after some correspondence with a rep (bot?) who only provided canned, unhelpful responses, they closed my ticket without resolving my issue, at which point I could no longer correspond with the rep. So I had to start over with a new ticket and I guess we will see if the new rep is any more helpful.

Horrible customer support, my city world on Minecraft got deleted and they did nothing to help. ridiculous

worst support of any business/video game ive ever experienced. sent over 7 emails trying to get an issue resolved and they wouldn’t help and some workers would randomly stop responding and I would have to re contact a new worker. absolutely HORRIBLE. I had to eventually buy another account as mojang wouldnt help.

I gave 1 star because I can’t give less. Their support function is none existent. You can only submit emails. I waited 2 weeks for a response and was emailed with something I Googled and tried myself, it didn’t work, before I even contracted them. I don’t suppose they will be following up to see if their ‘help’ resolved my issue.

Mojang, Eu estou no MINECRAFT EDUCATION... E eu e minha amiga gostamos muito de jogar... Mas ultimamente eu não consigo entrar no mundo dela e ela não consegue entrar no meu, gostaria que você conseguisse arrumar isso...

Jeg har oplevet det samme endda to gange. Købt Minecraft Java Edition og fik demo version i stedet for. Forklaring på hjemmesiden er at man bruger en forkert konto. Nej, det er lodret løgn. Jeg har oprettet en ny konto prøvet igen, guess what resultatet er det samme. Der bliver trukket penge endda uden at man får en bekræftelse og transactions ID. Har skrevet til support dog uden at få nogen respons tilbage!!!

I have changed email and they want me to provide the receipt of proof of that i brought the game and how can i get it if i dont have access to the email where i got the confirmation that i brought the game, so only two options i have is to buy new copy of the game or just stop playing minecraft. SO BE AWARE if you lose or change your email that you cant change your email on your account if you dont have a digital copy of the game purchase on like g2a or cdkeys or such, i cant recomend Mojang and minecraft because of this

Is it a very good game, legendary too.
But a new armor, is to be good.
