What a sham!
What a sham!! Beautiful website and what I believe to be fake reviews, but the work and communication is awfull. I paid 100% up front, trusting this company, and they delivered very poor quality work! I pleaded with them to repair some of the broken things that were delivered but they refused to help. My wife and I feel completely scammed by this company. We have to invest another 6K to finish the work Moldow had been paid to do!!

This is something you can blame your contractor Alex for, as he failed to build a straight wall â it was uneven with a three-centimeter difference from floor to ceiling, in a brick wall that is unsuitable for mounting a door.
You also mentioned that our project coordination was non-existent, even though we provided several 3D drawings as the foundation for the project, which is our standard procedure. We met with you in person with two staff members to review the project at your address and went over how everything should be handled. Two weeks later, you insisted we return to go over it again with your contractor, Alex, and once more, we arrived with two team members.
On the day of installation, after Alex had confirmed everything was ready, we waited for two hours to be let in. None of the agreed tasks had been completed â the wall was crooked, the floor unfinished, and the ceiling holes for the cooling system were not properly made. These were three simple tasks that you and Alex were responsible for.
This speaks volumes about the level of professionalism we encountered.
We informed Alex of the issues and sent you an email with photos of the deficiencies. We received no response, and when we attempted to contact you for coordination, we were met with an aggressive tone, where you told us not to call because you were on vacation.
You directed us to Alex, whom we tried to contact repeatedly without success.
Your suggestion to hang the door directly on the wall was not possible due to the condition of the wall, but Alex refused to correct it because he had not been paid for it. The solution we had recommended from the start â a door frame around the door â became the best option to complete the project.
During our fourth visit, we brought two different door frames to finish the work, but once again, nothing was prepared. Alex reluctantly began to adjust the wall, but quickly left the site without completing the job. He promised to send two workers, who never showed up. We attempted to reach him multiple times without success. Eventually, we locked up and had to leave without progress, once again.
We informed you about our unsuccessful trip, and only heard from you a week later via email, where you criticized us and requested an additional discount. At no point did you ask us to complete the project.
You claim that we refused to repair defective items, which is simply not true. Our products had no defects, and we have done everything possible to accommodate your requests, including providing two solid American oak door frames, brass handles, a custom shelf for your wine cabinet, and four days of travel at no extra cost.
We have over +100 satisfied customers and have never previously received complaints about prices, communication, or quality. We delivered exactly what was agreed â a custom-designed wine cabinet made of chipboard. Itâs unfortunate that you view the situation differently, but we stand by the fact that we provided excellent work and that the issues arose primarily due to a lack of preparation on your part.
Perhaps you should consider directing this 1-star review to your contractor, Alex.
